Was referred to Ms. Katherine and gave her a call. I was scheduled an appointment. I walked in and was in a very pleasant atmosphere. I got my hair cut, treated, shampooed, and styled. I was very pleased with the outcome. Ms. Katherine was very attentive to my hair needs and she is vey knowledgeable. For her to call me back before my appointment to inform me that she was going to put together a treatment plan, she went above and beyond. I scheduled my next appointment before I left and she is someone that I would refer others to.

I really appreciated how she was able to service me without having an appointment . I loved her customer service skills. You can tell that this isnt just a business for her, she really enjoys her skills with high level of passion . I will be continuing to go and get my haircut there. Thank You

Katherine at pamper me styling salon is the best!. Her salon had a very relaxed but professional atmosphere. I had been searching for someone to do a KERATIN treatment for my natural hair..Going here is the best thing that ever happened to my natural hair!.. It was worth the time and the money.. She was very careful, and paid great attention to every detail,and my hair came out silky, straight, with lots of body. She took her time and made sure i was aware of every step she did. I really felt like i was being pampered. Ive seen a few people that have done the keratin treatment in their hair and it never looked anything close to this! It was worth every penny. Go here for all your hair needs!

I am natural and my hair is very thick and coarse I called around a few days ago and was fortunate to find Catherine at Pamper Me Hair Salon. I explained to her about how hard it is to straighten my hair and she informed me she could get it straightened. Well she did just that and it is 24 hours later and my hair is still straight. She was gentle when combing my hair out and has hands of magic when washing. I really enjoyed the experience here and will certainly see her again real soon as well as refer her to my friends and family. Thanks again Catherine for an awesome experience! 😉

Pamper Me Salon is a 5 star salon all the way!!! I am so glad I gave this salon a try! I am a natural with 4c hair texture and I was tired of going to Houston to get my hair styled. I have contacted stylists in the Beaumont area but was informed that they would only braid or loc natural hair but would not do other styles such as flexi rod sets, flat ironing, or so on. I am so happy that I found this Salon. Ms. Katherine is versatile so she can do so many natural hair styles but my favorites are the flexi rod set, flat ironing, or pressing my natural hair. All of these styles are just absolutely beautiful on natural hair. I am not sure how she does it but when she flat irons or press my natural hair it looks like I got a fresh relaxer. It is absolutely gorgeous and so full of body!!! My natural hair actually looks like extensions after she styles it and i have to tell people that it is my real hair. I always get so many compliments on my hair after she styles it. She is so professional and I absolutely love coming to this salon. I will definitely be back and would recommend this salon for any one who is going natural or anyone who is already a natural and is looking for someone to style their natural hair.
