The stylists were down to earth and super nice! My stylist worked with me and made me super comfortable. I love my hair!

The was two young ladies working on 3/21/21 @ 3pm we where trying to figure out if we could spend the time to get our kiddos hair cut not only was the two very rude but I personally watched one of the ladies tell the other not to help us. Wat to go Beaumont, thats how you get new customers.

Son had an appointment for 11:30 and walked in at 11:20 and was immediately sat and cut underway. Stylist did a great job and the cashier got me cashed out quickly so I could take care of some business on my phone. Overall 100% satisfaction. Thanks

Wish I remembered her name!! Google showed open until 8... we got there right before 7, the lady said they close at 7 but she would cut his hair anyway. She was so nice, chatted with us the whole time. I was like oh wow thats the 3rd Christmas song. They laughed at me and said thats all day everyday there. Was really a good atmosphere with super friendly ladies.

So when I wanted dredlocks, I went to a local school. They started it up but told me the insane pet peeve, cant wash my hair for 3-6 months. One said a year. And it cost $60. 🙃 then I went to another salon school..... similar price but same and worse advice. What makes this place different is they didnt say a unbearable long period of time. And they took me in on the same day. So to be clear, if the person says dont wash for a year, they dont know what theyre going on about or dont know your hair. Like are you seriously gonna let shi build up in your hair for a year?

Decent for kids haircuts as long as you mostly want trims.

Never have I ever been to a salon where they dont know how to French braid.

The haircut I asked for and the haircut I received were drastically different. I asked for face framing bangs and to trim 4 from the bottom to make it look cleaner and thicker with layers not too far apart. Sharisse gave me straight bangs with a blunt cut bottom then had to ask for help with the bangs after I noticed she just pulled a chunk of hair off the top and cut straight across. I tried to tell her my bangs were too thick, automatically she responded with no they arent. This isnt the first time Ive had bangs and I am sure of the look I want. So I called and asked if there was anything that could be done and Tara told me to come by for her to see what she could do to fix it. When I arrived I talked to a blonde lady (whos name I didnt get) at the register who, after I told my story to, responded with laughter (which I thought was extremely rude) and said the person who cut your hair would have to redo it or you can pay for another person to do it. I insisted the woman I talked to said she would do it so I got it retouched by Tara who seemed to have more experience/knowledge. The only thing is, she told me my bangs would need to grow before being able to fix them. So I get to walk around with ridiculous looking bangs for a while and that frustrates me.

They completely ruined my hair. I even brought in a picture of what I wanted, but I guess the girl doesnt have eyes bc she had no idea of what I wanted. She gave up trying to fix it pretty much the second I told her I wasnt happy, saying itll look better once we style it.I paid $100 for a haircut i didnt ask for. Should have known better than to get my hair cut here when they made me sign a waiver. Never a good sign.Dont go here. Go to the one in Port Arthur.

I went in to get a trim. I asked for dead ends to be cut yes.....but the Latino girl that got into my head should have never been trusted with scissors!!! She completely chopped my hair up. It had roller coaster lengths. She cut it so short it was hard for someone else to even fix it. My hair now weeks later is still so short I cant go get it fixed. So I am still having to go around with a horrible disaster of a cut. Its completely embarrassing. I should have been given my money back. Instead the mgr told another that tried to help the looks of the messed up cut to take the Latino girls pay since she was going to try to fix it a lil. Even after that my hair as I said is embarrassingly horrible. I wouldnt wish this upon my worst enemy. Please beware of this place all together. I know I will never be back!

Went in to get a haircut today. Was told I was next, they skipped me. The woman that signed me in acted like I was interrupting her. I should have walked out then. I will never go back.
