Brian fixed our 15 year old AC, and even talked us out of entertaining the idea of a new unit! He was quick, knowledgeable, and super nice!Didn’t try to rip us off... Middle of summer, working from home, and AC went out. We called at 5, he was here at 6, out by 7... very reasonably priced and didn’t break the bank! I would’ve paid double. Highly recommend!!!

BEACH HVAC SAVED OUR LIVES! My family kept getting headaches, nausea, lethargy, nose bleeds. Doctor appts..NEVER REALIZED WE HAD CARBON MONOXIDE POISONING FROM OUR 6 YEAR OLD FURNANCE! We called originally because our thermostat was acting wonky. So Beach came out same day. Christian happen to check our furnace, just to make sure everything looked good. He brought up specialized meter and said our carbon monoxide level was really high in the attic. Then the health issues became clear. He said our levels were some of the highest he had ever seen! He printed out our reading and called the fire department to see what to do about the carbon monoxide readings.. next thing we knew my family and young children were in the ER. WE CANNOT THANK BEACH HVAC ENOUGH FOR SAVING MY FAMILY! PLEASE HAVE YOUR FURNACES CHECKED EACH YEAR! IT COULD SAVE YOUR LIFE!

Great service, knowledgeable and very helpful making sure everything was looked at! Would not go anywhere else! Used a few others in the area and not impressed compared to the service at Beach N Air!

Same day service on non working air conditioning unit....ahead of a 100+ degree weekend. Very professional, quick, did not try to upset me on anything, assessed my future needs upon request, gave me fair pricing. What more can I say? I am a happy customer!

Came when scheduled. Fixed my air conditioner as promised.

Our first thought is we found a great Company to do business with. Not the case! On their first visit they replaced a air filter that was only two weeks old that was a premium one that we paid at least $17 for a with a $2 version. The portion that frosted us was we were told it was clogged and badly needed replacing. Two weeks and clogged in a 7 year old home that is very well sealed? First time we have encounter this!! They sold us a one year maintenance contract and were told they would be back in the winter to service the heater and replace the $2 filter.Well as of the middle of December, they did not contact us so we contacted them and set up an appointment. They never showed and we called every phone number they listed with no return phone call. The next day they answered the phone and stated the name on the service order did not match the maintenance. Wow, it must have been too much to return the call on their no show appointment and clear this up. Too much trouble I guess. Not very good customer service if you do not return calls with a customer that is waiting for service and has left work early to be able to wait for them to perform service.Will not use the Company again and they had a great opportunity to continue to get business from us and get referrals too. Sorry, none of this will occur!
