The employees here take the job seriously. Davey spent about 30 min trying to get my truck on the tow trailer, in 100 degree heat. In the end it turned out the wheels were to large. So they refunded the trailer. Not every U-Haul is this accommodating.

The attendant was very kind and courteous. His professional demeanor made all the difference but they do have a limited supply of trucks so if you go call ahead. In the Beaufort area this Uhaul franchise probably has the best hours due to the ithers closing at 1200.

The uhaul I rented was fine. I returned it at night. I came back in the morning to pay for it in cash, which I had spoke to the agent about doing. They had already put it on my card. I will not be renting from them anymore.

Unfortunately as my wife and I and the kids got there yesterday they were not any trucks. So I went to ask the lady from the storage place what happened to the uhaul but the shut down. Due to a death in the family that own it but there two others here

Had to repair the car dolley myself before it could even leave the lot. They had one other that was in need of repair also. Truck was great other than the front tire being low on air and the dealer just kicking it and saying it would be ok. Rode from Port Royal SC to Sumter SC with the idiot light saying the tire was low.
