Ima be honest.. Boost mobile have the best service and affordable prices period.. I work on base and not once have I had bad internet connection at all heck I can even enjoy playing my music without the data bs that other phone company does. My only problem with this boost store is most of the time they donβt have the exact phone that u looking for and u have to go online or Walmart.. Other than that I love boost.
The employees themselves are great, but they NEVER answer the damn phone or you have to call multiple (5+) times for them to do so. I would say its because they are busy with customers but Ive purposely called while in the store and they just let it ring?!...3 workers, 2 customers, all 3 sitting up front..Why???
I love my phone service and in pleased with my phone the sales lady was all the way awesome she sold me a case without me knowing... Now thats customer service at its finest.....

This business doesnβt open on time waited 15 minutes after what the website states it should open only to receive subpar service. Iβm glad Iβm a Verizon customer was here as a favor for a friend she said this normal for them to open up late.
The young lady at the Beaufort office on Friday was very helpful and patient. She also made sure she spoke to every customer that walked through the door.
Love boost mobile.when you get the insurance plan with your cell phone they send you a McAfee protection plan for your phone. the Mcafee protection plan comes with your insurance plan so its free.

I had a very horrible experience with yhe boost mobile customer service in November One of the sales rep on the phone was extremely rude and non professional. I sure hope that they will train their repa to be more kind to their customers. It was only one rep but that is still horrible.
Lady at desk lies and has terrible customer service and it sucks that thereβs no returns supposedly. Lied multiple times and said she would give an extra 7 days to return the first one for a second phone we picked out. And we went to return the phone and she says thereβs no returns.

Ive been a Boost customer for years until I went to the store and Beaufort and after waiting for about 15-20 minutes while the sales clerks and maybe other customers were having a party at the front desk decided to leave both the store and boost.
