Absolutely breathtaking new urbanism neighborhood design set in coastal South Carolina. The live oaks that line the main road draw you in as you wind down to the serene bucolic waterfront. By far the standard for exceptional town planning. Friendly people, good restaurants. Close to historic Beaufort waterfront.

I lived here for years. It is a great Southern community. Close to town, but it has a faraway feel.

Gorgeous quiet community, but out in the middle of nowhere. Expensive, but lovely homes. Some shops and restaurants, but need much more to encourage traffic. Have to drive through under-developed areas to get there.
