I made a phone call to them & they returned call next day. So pleased with that & itself. Did not need there services yet...ordered belt if I have a problem after that may call them back. Thank you

Dennys showed up & had the problem diagnosed & part with him. Within 30 mins parts were installed & Dryer works great now. He knew what he was doing & friendly. I would recommend Dennys Appliance Repair.

My oven quit working so I called Dennys. Had never used them before. Robbie came and looked at it for me. Had to have the part ordered so he said would be in on Thursday and I would be first in line. He called Thursday morning at 8am and was on the way. Fixed the oven in no time. Now I can cook Thanksgiving dinner!Excellent service and very nice man. Will use again.

Answered a call from them, but no one said anything on their end. They just hung up. I called back and the answering machine picked up. After trumps defeat, I guess theyre not dealing with black folks right now. Thats cool, I went and purchased a new refrigerator with extended warranty. Life goes on!

Wonderful service and price!

Since moving to Beaufort las year, we’ve had Denny’s out to repair a washer and most recently a refrigerator/freezer. They are professional, on time and prices are fair. We were ready to replace the four year old refrigerator when it was compressor failure, but they researched and advised it should still be under warranty. Armed with that information, our second call to the manufacturer was fruitful and it was repaired yesterday under warranty!

Called for service left message. In the meantime I chose to fix myself. 2 service repairs in one week would bust my budget. They called back and I advised I was going to try and fix myself. The tech advised me after asking which diswasher it was what I should check first. He was right. I have used Dennys before and would recommend as they care about their customers.

The Frigidaire warranty department had Bluffton appliance repair come out to repair my brand new Gallery fridge and they gave me the runaround and did not fix the problem.Stay with the people who are honest and know what they are doing.

I have used Dennys Appliance for at least 15 years. I have never had to wait more than 3 days to get a service person over. The have repair my washing machines (I have had 2 since I moved in to my house), my dryer, my refrigerator and dishwashers (I have had 2 of those also). Kevin was my technician today and he called to let me know what time to expect him, which I really appreciated. He was helpful and quick. He gave me some good advice on my next appliance purchase (a stove). He was also very professional. If you need applicance repair dont call anyone else. Call Dennys!!

I have used Dennys many times. They are always quick to respond, keep me informed of issues and are honest about assessments. As a property manager, I depend on and trust what Mark and Tommy tell me. Id give them 5 stars but that doesnt leave me any room to criticize them if I ever have to.
