Had to have some warranty work done on our fridge. Kevin was on time and had it diagnosed quickly. In less than week the part had arrived and Kevin had it replaced and working in no time. I would definitely use them again in the future.
We called Bluffton Appliance when our dryer stopped working. Our technician (Kevin) showed up when he was scheduled to. He was polite, knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed our problem. Within a couple days (had to order part) our dryer was up and running, the price was fair and (most importantly) the women in this house are happy again!!! Thank you

Kevin was our service technician & was VERY knowledgeable! He definitely knows what he’s doing! They always quote us a price on the parts & repairs before doing any repairs! Customer service is definitely a priority to them! If ya need an appliance repair, do yourself a favor, CALL THEM!

They were knowledgeable, professional and went above and beyond your typical servicer to get our Washer back up and running. Kevin was our guy and we were told hes been The Appliance Guy in the lowcountry for many years, true story! Craig is who we dealt with on the phone and he was great as well! Bluffton Appliance repair, Kevin came in April to fix my Frigidaire Gallery. It is under the 12 month warranty and this was the second time the top ice maker stop working. The first repair was done by another company.Once Kevin looked at it he explained that this was a problem with the water tube freezing up. They have seen this many times. He Insulated all around the ice maker with RTV.I asked them to put in the report that this is common problem. He said they have many times. That this should fix the freezing.Well, it stop making ice again. I call Frigidaire and they explained that there was no mention in there report that this has been a problem. They had no report from them reporting this issue! Hmm!Bluffton repair called me to arrange a repair. Kevin says “YOU MEAN THIS REFRIGERATOR HAS NOT MADE ICE SINCE WE WERE THERE LAST”. I said yes it has but it’s not now! Well I told you that we can’t really do anything else.I asked if they had explained to the technical department at Frigidaire what they claim the issue is.He said NO! Well then, I said there is no need for you to come out if you can’t fix it. He explained we can come again. I said no thank you!Craig told me that I have an attitude!Frigidaire wants to send a different company out and fix it!So the moral of this story is, Bluffton Appliance Repair will continue to charge Frigidaire for service calls but not report back when they determine an engineering defect!Piss on me! Tell me what I want to hear and do the opposite. Bad Bad Business practice.
Showed up via warranty service, ran clothes washer cycle to diagnose problem, flooded the room collected fee, said claim would be filed, left a phone number and departed. Called multiple times to request status of warranty claim and what part might be leaking. Difficult to reach; going to voice mail; seems like they are running business off of a cell phone. So, called warranty service to ask what was leaking. Warranty service said to call Blufton Appliance directly to request what part was leaking. Got thru to Kevin at Blufton appliance- gruff and rude stating he cannot release info directly to customer and to call warranty service. I stated that warranty service told me to call him. I said I simply wanted to know if leaking from pump, inlet or tub seal. Kevin finally advised leaking from tub seal. I then asked if tub was rusted (because replacing seal would not alleviate problem if tub is rusted). He said yes- rusted. Unfriendly, impatient, unprofessional and rude; more interested in collecting fee than constructively communicating with customer. Very strange experience- dont know what their problem is not wanting to answer a very simple question.
We purchased a refrigerator from Lowes that arrived with a dented door. Bluffton Appliance handled the warranty replacement in a timely and courteous way.
Angry on phone when they didnt show up nor tell me when they were coming. Hung up on me. Very poor customer service.
