I have to tell you, these guys are fantastic! I love that I have direct contact with the mechanics. Theyre always respectful, and willing to work with you. They dont rip you off, and theyre always honest. Theyve been there for a looooong tiiiime and Im so happy that Im back in Beacon so I can go to them. These guys are sweet and its extra awesome that they didnt take advantage of me for being a woman and new to their shop. Some mechanics are only there for your money and these guys are there to actually help. Id recommend them to anyone.

Terrible they dont care about their customers at all and work as slow as possible. The only thing they care about is getting money. They even told me other shops to go to because they were to lazy to do a simple tire change that could have taken 10 minutes.Definitely would not recommend.
