UPDATED REVIEW 8/31/21:I recently shared a poor experience I had with Healey Chrysler Dodge Jeep, where I had an appointment for an auto inspection scheduled for 2:30 and the technicians still had not brought my car into the garage by 3:30, so I left. Shortly after I returned home, Jeff the service manager gave me a call and apologized and offered to make it right. He agreed to inspect my car immediately and for free, given the prior inconvenience. Even though we had an issue earlier in the day, I feel that this was resolved really well, and I appreciate the extra effort Jeff made to make things right. Hopefully this issue wont happen again with any other customers, but if it does, I recommend reaching out to Jeff for potential solutions.

I recently purchased a 2014 Wrangler with Rich at Healey. The experience was exceptional. Not only did the finance department find me a great interest rate and term, but they did a great time explaining the information for all documents. Anthony was great at informing us. Rich our Salesperson not only gave us an in depth review of the car, but also gave us some more information on credit that he didn’t need to, really going above and beyond. The icing on the cake however was that when the dealership was informed that the vehicle would need a fix to its power steering system. They didn’t even need to tell me, but did and wanted to fix the issue before letting the car leave. An upfront Dealership who cares about their reputation, with helpful sales and finance people should be the way they all are. Give them a shot!

I always wanted to own a Jeep.I called Healey in Beacon and talked to Nicolas St Pierre and made a appointment on Feb 9. I have had such a horrible experience with this dealership, that I am so disappointed in the Jeep brand as a whole. I leased a vehicle six months ago that has problems internally. The problem has been videotaped by me every time it happened. The GM has been non-existent (an apology for my inconvenience would have been nice) and the service manager has been inadequate. I have been working with an executive from Jeep Headquarters, who has been helpful. The executive wanted Jeff, the service manager, to take the month to test drive my car as my problem is sporadic and happens intermittently. Jeff told this executive that he drove the car 300 miles during the month and could not duplicate the issue. However, I picked up the car today and he only drove it for 25 miles (on the paperwork). In short, I have been completely duped by Jeep Healey Beacon. Luckily, situations like these make me stronger, as I believe in standing up for my rights as a customer. I got sold a defective car from this dealership and they should have worked with me in a more dignified and honest manner. Shame, Shame...Response: Those lease payments were never applied to my account (look it up-another mess up by Jeep), and Jeep Healey did not work to get me those in the first place---I DID with corporate! This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership in my life! Fact: Chrysler Corporate paid for the loaner for the last service visit, not Jeep Healey. This was stated to me by your service manager and I can post proof from corporate if need be. Moreover, you do not get points for supplying me with a loaner for the first visits being that YOU SOLD ME A LEMON! I contacted corporate by email and that is why there was a last service visit. I can certainly post that email and response by the executive if need be. Readers, please google: Jeep blue screen upon reverse--there is a serious problem with these cars and I am concerned for drivers safety. This very issue is all over the Jeep blogs. There is even a YouTube video of another disappointed customer with the same problem. Jeep Healey, you have made this the worst experience ever, one that should have been joyful. Use this as a learning experience in order to build more trusting relationships with all customers, especially when there is a problem to be solved and emotions are heightened. I was in the market for a truck initially because I no longer wanted the mom (soccer van). Before I came here I went to a few other dealerships 2nd to last one told me that staying in the van I was in but a new model with AWD would be the best to stay within the payments I wanted. After being in that dealership for awhile I didn’t like what they were saying and how they were dealing with me. Being a woman I decided to look around and found Healey. I didn’t know what to expect when I walked in but Tony was great and Ed gave me a deal I could not refuse so I walked out with yet another mom van but it’s new, shiny and AWD with all this snow we have up here I needed something allot safer to drive in the snow with my young children in the car. Best thing was I was in and out in under 3 hours with my brand new vehicle. I will recommend this place especially if you want fast quick honest service.

I have a 2020 Wrangler and because the Jeep dealers wont trade vehicles because they want the sale, I had to drive to Clifton Park to get the one I wanted. But this review is for the Beacon dealership so let me explain...There is a known issue with the 2019 - 2020 Wranglers where the steering is extra Floaty. Jeep recognized this and covers it under warranty. So even though I originally tried to buy the vehicle in Beacon and could not due to sales politics, I took my Wrangler to the service department in Beacon and they fixed my problem no questions asked. They stood behind me as a Jeep customer and that really showed me something. They fixed my problem under warranty at no charge and did a great job. Thank you Beacon Jeep Dealer for taking care of me!

I just spent the last month dealing with Roberto in the service dept as my wifes vehicle had a seized motor. There were some issues along the way unrelated to the dealership, warranty company problems, after that was all sorted everything was smooth. Roberto was helpful, knowledgeable, and always responsive when I called to get any updates. I work in the industry and have had interactions with 100s of service advisors over the past 20 years and he did not disappoint. Thank you for all your help during this very trying experience. They are across the Hudson River from me and I will be using them in the future as I have found in my years in this industry its hard to find someone that you know will go the extra mile for customers and Roberto did just that.

My Wife Brought my Truck in for a pre-paid oil change and tire rotation. They Damaged my running board on drivers side (ripped off Bracket) after about almost 2 hours returned truck to my wife who also had my two children with her. They did not mention the damage.Thank god piece did not fly off or cause more damage to the vehicle. After I called them they said they would replace the part. After taking the truck to them on 4 different occasions they finally replaced the running boards. Kept blaming everyone else.They will never see any business from me ever again.Be careful if you bring them your vehicle for service.

My 2019 Jeep Wrangler was towed in with a dead battery this past Monday because Jeep Roadside was unable to jump my car. I earlier gave a bad review to Healey Beacon when my frustration should have been directed to Jeep RoadsideAlthough the service area was extremely busy they were able to fit me in and get the battery charged by Tuesday pm. I was very impressed with their customer service

I cannot express the amount of professionalism and care that Nick showed me. I went in very pressed for time looking for a truck. Nick helped me pick one out and I was out of there within an hour driving away in a brand new Ram. After an unpleasant experience at another dealership I see now this is how a customer deserves to be treated. I 100% recommend Nick St.Pierre for all of your car and truck needs

I bought a durango in February from healey I recently had a problem with my truck. I called the service department and spoke to the nicest gentleman his name was Roberto. I told him my concerns he helped me and reassured me everything would be ok!!! He was able to get me a pretty quick appointment. As I arrived he was there to greet me told me he will call as soon as he has a diagnosis. I was surprised by the turn around time and how quickly he was able to have everything ready! I cannot say enough about this gentleman. I would definitely recommend him as a service advisor and Healey to fix your vehicle! Thank you for all your help!Pam

Wasted 2 days of my time and ran my credit for nothing. I was buying a 12 year old used car and they assured me no problems. Went down to pick up car and I check under the car for oil leaks and found rear main seal leaking. Ok I understand things happen so they put the car on the lift and said oil was leaking from the oil pan. Will I beg to differ and they said we will fix the oil pan only. I ask the manger if the oil pan does not fix the problem will you replace the rear main seal and he said I will have to pay $450.00 for half the job and i did not even buy the car yet. I dont ask for much but how can you sell a car leaking oil. Manger says right from his mouth we only do NY State Inspection and nothing else on cars we get in used. Buyer Beware and check under your car when you buy from here because when you pull off the lot that rear main oil seal will cost you $800.00. I was willing to take the car if they would work with me but they said no.

While my car was in for service at dodge, Bill at the parts desk was very knowledgeable and very helpful with any and all questions I had. I will definitely be using dodge again thanks to the great staff.

He was pleasant, like most are, but did something I haven’t experienced before with other car dealers....he told me the truth & assured me there would be no surprises. True to his word he did everything he said he would do and more. With one item missing when I left the lot that day, Bobby promised me that not only would he get the part in for me quickly, he’d come to my job to install it himself...on his day off! Not even a week later he followed up with me and showed up to my job to install it. I didn’t have to follow up with him, he tracked me down to make sure it got done. In a business the has a bad reputation Bobby restored some faith that there are not only good car salesmen but good people in the business.
