How come you cant speak to a real person to get info on cases it always hangs up when i try to speak to someone

I have been trying to call to speak to someone about a change for over a week, the phone never gives anything but busy tone!!!! Im convinced its off the hook around the clock. I always use the app or go online because its easier for me but in this case I need advice and I cant find a real person anywhere! 211 is completely automated and I am at a loss ....anyone have a phone number for a live person i can contact about grandparents rights.....????

How can I file a report for possible fraud and waste? I know a person who receives SNAP benefits, and sells them monthly. Who do I call and speak too regarding this issue? I called spoke to someone about someone selling food stamps and they do not care. The office of inspector general does not care, because there is no witness. So this person can collect sell his stamps, then go to food banks to take off people who need it. Kind of sad place we live in.

Ive never been around employees as nice as the ladies working here. I came in with tears running down my face because people at the Houston office were so rude and these ladies are so kind and so very helpful. They never have an attitude Ive been here 3 days and each day it amazes me how different they treat people compared to the other state offices. Im happy to know theyre right down the road from us whenever we need help. If you want an Interview come before 2pm!!

Horrible office id rather drive a hour away to another office rather then ever coming here again ladys behind the desk are rude hateful and dont know how to do there job or answer your questions all they are good for is giving you the run around. Ive never had such a bad experience going to a business let alone a government business in my life this place needs new staff or needs to be shut down

Very rude! Interrupted me every time I spoke. I could not even speak a full sentence. The woman just kept transferring me to the help desk before my sentence was even complete! These people do not care and should not be in this line of work!

Every time I have needed assistance they give me the runaround. They screw up my case so I, or my kids, usually have to go without medicaid longer than we should or need. Even after faxing everything I need to fix they still mess it up! MOST of these people are pretty worthless and cant even use their system right, WARNING be careful! They might mess it up then penalize you for not catching their mistake! However, I have never spoke with a black or Mexican who have gone there who had so much trouble. Very noticeably racist against whites area. Even the gold card clinic disgust me. I think I would rather die than go through the way I am treated every time I go (besides the 1 time they had higher up people there.)
