They were super accommodating to my tricky roof line ( the other quotes that i had gotten charged an arm and a leg and wouldnt even guarantee my gutters wouldnt leak) 3 big rains in and im very happy THANKS AGAIN!

I am a contractor that got solicited by water tight offering there services for my business for them to install gutters for us. When they sent me a price sheet it had nothing saying that they had a minimum amount of gutters they would need to install or it a set price. So they did approximately 5 houses for my company until 1 1/2 weeks ago I scheduled a jog for them to do for me. Its was scheduled for Monday there was no show no call. When I called Monday night and talk to Paul he said Im sorry I forgot it was Presidents Day we were off. So scheduled me for Wednesday cause he said he was only in Nassau tuesday I was aggravated that he was doing that but as a business owner I understand mistakes are made. On Wednesday I called to see what time they were going to be there and got the run around from Paul then finally after calling nermous times and office not answering they finally answer saying to me sorry guys are stuck at a house they will not make it to you. I was furious because maybe they do business like that but we sure dont. I called customer and told them what happened and gave them 30% off gutters. They finally did job on Thursday. I get a invoice emailed and they were charging me $2.65 a foot but get a bill for $3.05 per foot and they did another job that day and charged me a flat fee off $250 for 46 feet of gutter. When I emailed them back letting them know there invoice is wrong the corrected the one and sent email saying we have a minimum or its a flat fee of $250- which I was never told EVER. If I would of know that I would of had them change another gutter for my customer. CONTRACTORS BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!
