Had an appointment scheduled twice to have work done and secretary called and cancelled both times. Once because it rained the day before and once because a truck wouldnt start. I took days off from work to be home while work was being done. Complete waste of time.

I have. Been using this company for over 10 years and have not had a problem with them what so ever. They are sometimes not reliable with there appointments how every do understand being in the service business things dont always go as planned. Over all I am pleased with there customer service and there employees are very respectful and professional.

I give a sincere hats off to Kevin and all the people at Long Island Gutters. They did a fantastic job at my house, replacing all the gutters, leaders, soffits and fascia. They returned every call, email and text. They finished up today and the job looks great. It worked great in last nights torrential rain as well. I would highly recommend this company. They treat you like family!

I would give them a zero star. They did my gutters last week. The way they run the gutter ruined the look of my house in the front. I called them about the problem and the secretary took my information. No one called me back. Their work is unprofessional and very sloppy. Avoid at all costs.

Contacted Long Island Gutters for a cleaning and repair, they gave me a reasonable estimate over the phone and had a crew at my house the next day cleaning, sealing, and re-securing my gutters. The crew was fast and efficient. I highly recommend them.

Fast quote, fair price and scheduled installation for the next week. Arrived this morning on time, gutters look great and the did a great job of clean everything up. I already recommended them to my co-worker.

They made a mistake by not attaching the gutter to the drain. They came saw the problem and promised to correct the problem. So far nothing after 5calls and textingI havent even received a call back. Now they dont pick up when I call.

They don’t do quality work or use quality materials. They are cheap and underhanded.
