Unfortunately, I have to give them at least one star to write a review. The location is hard to find, and feels pretty shady. We had to wait out in front of a gate and call them to let us in. The owner Tom was a real shining star. I could tell that the towing business doesnt give him much customer interaction. The computer said we were allowed less days and miles than our signed contract, which would have resulted in an extra charge of ~$200. He refused to lift a finger (other than to swipe on his phone) to help resolve the issue, stating that HE couldnt be expected to pay for this error, implying that WE should. His employees were kind enough to at least try to help until confronted with his discouragement. We were left to sort it out with Uhaul over the phone. Finally we got it sorted on the phone enough to only be charged half of the cost, which we paid just to be out of that nasty place. We had to call Uhaul customer service to get our complete refund later. To top it all off, Tom (the owner) claimed that he didnt have the patience to be bi***ed at. A real classy establishment. I wouldnt wish that interaction on anyone. Just go somewhere else.
