I have always recommended this place to everyone. However this tax year they are not going to get my recommendation. At a time when we need money most I had to wait over three months to get my taxes done. And then in the end they stole almost $400 from me and then they blamed me and then instead of corrected it or addressing it they argued with me and then hung up on me and refused to answer the phone. In times like these none of us have money to waste and this is exceptionally bad business manners.

I would use h&r block again next year due to the spectacular service by my h&r block rep Taylor Meyer! She is prepared my taxes for the last 2 years and I hope she will continue to do so as long as she is with h&r block!

Wanted to argue with my wife. Was only gonna get 500 but they wanted 400 of it. Didnt have this problem any were else. First and last time I use h and block

I would not recommend this firm. I called them regarding a relative who had passed away (who I am authorized to speak for), and they were rude and abrupt. It was the strangest treatment after telling them one of their clients had passed. You want high quality tax PROFESSIONALS. They might know taxes, but they dont seem to care about PEOPLE. Your mileage may vary, but I cant recommend.

Scott Lagalo treated me very well thru the whole process and even requested that I come back another day about a week later because our state was doing something with the legality related to some unemployment I received during virus shut down of our state.So I took his advice and we didnt have to file a amendment afterward to correct the filing. He saved me a lot of money and got be a much larger tax return and got it right the 1st time. That is very kind and very impressive of him.

I did not get anything service that differe from filing for free on turbo tax. I paid way more money to get the same result. I was not even asked about any travel deduction or anything else.

Taylor Meyer was amazing! Extremely respectful, personable, hilarious and did this all while successfully prepping my tax return. 10/10- will return to Taylor next year.

I have used HR Block for 30 years. May be a little costly but so worth it when you get audited. Twice so far in my life, they did everything including walking me through how to handle my self employed audit a few years back.

I did an advance in November the tax associate whom did it said to expect a $6000 return.Went and did my taxes last night we got back almost $2000 had I known my return would be so small I would not have taken the full $1000 advance in November.Same gentleman did them.He DID NOT mention that we did not qualify for a rapid refund.Suggested we pay upfront to save $50.Which we did but now rent will be late because we did not know we are not getting our money until end of Feb.He asked no questions such as do we rent or own,child care expenses nothing.It was like he wanted us in and out.I have been your customer for over 10 years and sadly I do not trust to come back.
