Salesperson was very informed about the product we needed. Big box stores all said 6 to 8 months for the refrigerator we needed. Millars just had gotten one into stock after a six month wait and they just finished installing it. An excellent job was done. Clean neat and precise. I will do all of my appliance shopping here from now on. Thanks for the great experience!

What a GREAT experience! I needed a special size refrigerator. Millars help me out and I had a new refrigerator up and running within 48 hours. The gentleman went the extra mile and even cleaned under my old refrigerator before installing the new one. I have small doorways and doors had to be removed to get it in the house. The service man did it with a smile. He was extremely helpful, extremely nice. Everyone I have dealt with in this company has been wonderful!!

We ordered a range and microwave for our Michigan house from Florida. With the pandemic the models we wanted were difficult to get. Scott personally was able to find them for delivery during the short time we were there. Dann delivered them, keeping us informed of his eta. We are extremely pleased with the effort Millars put in to make this happen. Would definitely recommend them over the big box stores.

Took 3 weeks for the repair to be made, paid 160 dollars for a 30 dollar replacement that took less than 10 minutes. 2 days pass and my husband realized that the repair man pushed the dryer back without reconnecting the dryer vent after telling us it was ready to use. Not only that, he broke the dryer vent when he disconnected it.. Very unhappy. Will go somewhere else next time.

RHONDA was wonderful. We told her what we were looking for she showed us the options and which one she thought would work best for us. We walked out purchasing both items and are looking forward to delivery and instalation next week. We would highly recommend Millars.

Dishonest management practices. Take your bussiness elsewhere. So sad to see old people visiting and trusting this bussiness. Management seems not to care about how their actions impact their employees.For now on, if a bussiness is not even rated by Better Business Bureau a 🚩 will rise.Ask around, their bad reputation is well founded.Beware.

I had never worked with this company before since theyre in Baycity and Im in Midland but the other company I called was unable to find the problem.The Millars technician called and asked if he could come by later in the day Friday because he lived nearby. I said sure. When He showed up he turned my dishwasher on saw that the display panel had a few elements out and refused to do any work on the unit. I pointed out that the water supply warning light was clearly visible. He then suggested I just buy a new unit since it will most likely be cheaper than fixing the existing unit. He then charged me $95 and demanded payment on the spot. He said that if I buy a new unit from them I could use the service fee as a discount. I felt completely scammed. $95 for pushing a button and 15 minutes of his time. My father in-law came over and discovered that the shut off valve broke in the off position and there was nothing wrong with the dishwasher. I will never do business with this company again and I caution anyone who is considering it.

I had washer and dryer delivered to my home but decided to hook everything up myself. When gas line dont screw on to dryer I was accused of being culprit to have cross threaded the appliance. Delivery was a day late and now they expect me to wait another day to have their service personnel to come and fix. Wow never heard of company accuse customer that way

Had another wonderful experience. Went in for a dryer part I was a huge mess. I came in with no sleep and no model number for my dryer not making much sense. They still helped me find the part I needed. I got home and put the part on. The dryer has been running for an hour now with no problems. Thank you for being so helpful.

Sales people condescending. Asked to review details about gas line and venting. Scoffed saying all included, but in reality no venting is included. Delivery says charge extra sales person says included. Promised hard venting not flex, delivery says never do hard venting. Spliced several small vent hose flexn itogether and said acceptable. Poor quality from sales, thru delivery. Deceptive while scoffing at the questions asked that they got wrong.

We had several service calls on our dryer with intermittent problems that periodically continued months after the last service call. When I went into the store and explained my frustration they took excellent care of me and provided me with an additional discount for my hassle. Additionally, when the guys brought me my new dryer that caught a major hazard on the old one (not from them) and made sure my new one was set up correctly. Great Customer Service! Ill be back when my washer needs replacing.

I would not advise purchasing from this business. Four years ago I purchased a refrigerator and was very pleased with the experience. Because of this I went back and ordered a deep freeze from them. When I placed the order I told the sales lady I wanted the largest freezer that would fit through a 29” door. I also requested several features I had seen in freezers online. The sales lady was completely unfamiliar with what I was requesting. She asked Scott about what I was looking for and he said they no longer made those freezers. I should have taken the hint—they were not interested in my business. Only after I googled the freezer I was looking for was it located in a catalog and my order placed. I was spending over $950 on this, but was still charged extra for delivery.After waiting for the freezer to come in, it was delivered to my home. Sadly, my laminate flooring was scratched and a wall had been bashed into and the plaster damaged. The scratch was over 24” long and ran across several planks of my flooring. I took photos and emailed them to the sales lady who had taken the original order. I was told a few days later they would be refunding my $20 delivery fee to cover the damages. While I do not feel this is a fair amount, I accepted it in the name of expediency. Sadly, over a week later there has been no refund check received. When I emailed the sales lady I was told that the check would be cut whenever the next time the books were balanced was. I was also told that the damage was because of the huge freezer and the tight spaces in my home and because I had not had the freezer put in a kitchen or basement. Apparently it is imperative you follow Millar’s staffs’ ideas about where the “proper place” for appliances is when you purchase there, even when paying for delivery. When I emailed that I had told her we had 29” doorways at the time we ordered it, the check had miraculously been issued a week ago, even though it has not yet been delivered and I live in Bay City proper.This experience has shown me why people shop big box stores. Never at those organizations do they blame the customers’ location for the damage of the delivery people. Perhaps Millar’s should have a legitimate delivery team instead of hiring day laborers and paying them dirt wages. Even though I am very pleased with both appliances I have received from Millar’s, I will never spend a penny there and I will warn everyone to avoid them. The lack of service and follow up is unprofessional at best and arrogant at worst. What a pity.

We’ve been using Millar’s for all of our appliances for years and they’ve been great. However, that changed. I made a service call in early October (Thursday, October 10) because our refrigerator/freezer wasn’t working. They came right away the following day. Looked at it and it needed a few parts, should be in on Tuesday. I called the following week and one part was in, the other part was on back order for an unknown time. I called every week to check the status and got no new information. I called them. They never once called me to give me any kind of updates. Meanwhile, I still have no working refrigerator. We eventually went out and bought one for the garage (definitely not from Millar’s.) Finally, after almost a month, I’ve had it. I called Maytag directly on Monday, November 4th and to my surprise, the part was in stock and had never been on back order. I called Millar’s back and Rhonda said they go through their supplier not directly through Maytag. I ordered the part myself, it arrived the next day on Tuesday, November 5th. I called Rhonda the next day (Tuesday, November 5th) to let her know the part was out for delivery already. She said “I’ll try and get someone out there tomorrow. If not tomorrow, then the next day.” I called her the next day since I hadnt heard anything again and she was surprised I had the part already and bummer, I have to wait yet another day. The repair man came the following day (Thursday, November 7th) and was really nice. Got everything up and running again. However, I still had to pay for the service call, labor and part even after waiting an entire month. No kind of discounts offered or given at all. Ridiculous! I will never ever shop here again and will gladly go back to the big box stores. I will also be sure to let everyone I know to never shop here again! I guarantee I’d still be waiting for the part if I didn’t order it myself!

Just when I thought the big box stores had special deals I came here and was pleasantly surprised of the comparable pricing! Wow! 4 hours late. Didnt even fix the issue. Or have the confidence to turn the gas back on to the Range for us to use. Wouldnt sign the slip from the Gas company / wouldnt approve the defective rang for use. Then Sparky the tech said Turn on the gas after I leave, and if you smell gas turn it off. is what the technician told my wife. Top notch work there Sparky!
