Ive been coming here for 10 years or so and its always been quick and helpful.

Will not go there again. The manager was very rude and unfriendly. Brought my own oil and filter and was still charged full price. After checking the air in my tires realized he did not put cap back on one of my tires.

They dont put pressure on you to do all kinds of expensive flushes. Very friendly staff. Fair pricing. I recommend their rewards program to save you in the long run.

Good service, nice staff. My issue is when you get a full synthetic oil change and they use the Cheapest oil filter they can throw on there, I just feel like they are not giving me what I paid for. I was looking for a premium service. I got their premium oil and a sub premium filter. They should use a premium filter for a premium oil. $90 for an oil change should include this in my opinion.

Guys there are super helpful and very informative, especially for someone like me who doesnt know much about cars. They dont give the hard sale push like other places, and will put reminders in your account about things you should have done in the future.

Place was clean and appeared organized. Staff was pleasant and professional. A plus for sure.. now for the bad.. My Normal oil change runs me around 38.00 from Graff. This day Graff didnt have my oil? Go figure! So I came here only to get charged 70.00. A little disappointed I must say. The technician did inform me of the cost before draining my vehicle, which I did accept because I needed it changed. However, the price variation will most likely keep me away as it was almost double. As a consumer I dont care if its full synthetic or blend, blah,blah.... I ask for the required oil per the manufacturer and this is what they said they had. Nice place but overpriced in my opinion.

Very quick and friendly workers. Ive been there twice, and the work has been efficient and impressive. They dont judge when I go way over on miles, but they do advise the best ways to take care of it. My last oil change was in the range of forty dollars, and I dont mind it for the experience I get. The two men to service my car each time have the rapport of two childhood friends from 1940s Boston.

I was at this location last week for a quick oil change before a road trip. They said it would take 15mins. It took 18 because the gentleman that took care of me noted an issue with my front end that was causing undue stress on my tires so he took a few moments to explain that to me. He didnt pitch any pricey add on services, he was very professional and friendly. I would definitely return to this location

The staff was courteous, explained everything from prices of products to why a component should be replaced thoroughly, listened to what you had to say, and they even found an online coupon for me to use for that visit. The visit was quick and I left with peace of mind. Corey was very helpful and courteous. I look forward to returning anytime I need an oil change.

These guys go above and beyond for their customers. I went in knowing I had a transmission leak, and although they couldnt help with the problem, they did help me refill the transmission fluid. Will be straight up with you, not trying to over sell you. Will always take my car for oil change and fluid problems here.
