I was going to take it easy on you until I saw your reply. Bob is just the username that my google account is under. Ill add some pictures as well. Job wasnt completed in the amount of time quoted. Left house a mess repeatedly and had to have carpet professionally cleaned after work was done because proper precautions werent taken while the work was being done. Not punctual at all and never showed up when he said he would. Final product was below average work, however, this may have been because we rushed him out after a job he quoted for two afternoons was up to over two weeks and we just wanted him done because we were tired of having our house constantly a mess. We would find drywall mud in our sinks and he tracked it throughout the house on his shoes several times.As a follow up to the owners reply. He knew the scope of the job when he quoted the two days. The original people quoted me the exact same price as you did but didnt have time to do the job and suggested we call a drywall guy. The carpet was in fine shape before you arrived and looks great after it was cleaned. You should have seen the cloud of drywall dust when they were steam cleaning the carpet.Offered to hang the trim...that you removed and install a new light free of charge because you lost the parts to the one you took off the celling.Worked around my schedule. I was working from home every day but one and was available from 8am until 7PM. Most of the time I would receive a text saying you would be there in a little while just to have you show up hours later.

Ryan does a great job, always friendly and cleans up everything when he finishes. I have had him do work for me many times and it’s always a pleasure having him help around my home. I would recommend him for your projects!

First off the work was good no problem there but it took him over 2 hours from the time he said he would be at my house. Sure kool whatever then I see he only brought over 11 boxes and not the 14 on the receipt. He say the material are 480 bucks from menards and all he needed was the floor. I cleaned and moved everything out of the room for him so all he had to do was lay the flooring. I asked about the 11 boxes he said he got better flooring with more square foot. I go to menards and its less the $20 a box times 11 220 bucks not even close to 480 then he rips my vent off the wall to put in flooring and never came back like he said to put it back on. Then asks for more money to get corner round for the edges and a piece for between rooms. So needless to say none of that is done but where is the other $260?

Let me tell you as a man it is hard to ask another man to do something that you are fully capable of but just do not have the time to do it. It was nice to talk to someone trust them and get the work done in the time that was expected and for the pay that was agreed upon. After this experience I feel that we are on a first-name basis and I would call and refer anyone who needed anything done.

Called the guy over to fix my faucet i couldnt get to stop leaking and to patch a whole in my drywall. did a great job, even checked out my other water n laundry connections while he was here. great guy. great job. highly recommend!

Ryan did an amazing job and was so polite. I havent experienced that kind of customer service in a long time.. I tell all my friends and family to use this company..! I dont usually leave reviews but I would recommend this company to anyone seriously 5 stars.
