I had them do a complete roof and gutter job on a house and the quality of the work was great. Everything looks good, gutters are done correctly, everything was cleaned up nicely. There were a lot of hurdles with this job due to the pandemic, but it eventually got done. Their communication could have been better, but in the end, they did a great job, and I would recommend them.

Had gutters installed and they warped and are buckled in a few spots! Called and they came out once and said they would get with the manufacturer and never came out or called again and wont answer calls .

Currently being sued by Wimsatt after M&M had me take out a $11,000 loan and never paid for my materials. They rushed me to sign the loan paperwork and I should have known then. Of course the mailbox is full and you can’t leave a voicemail . Never in a million years would I do business with them agAin.

I called for a estimate, the bid was outrageous, Im going to assume because I am a woman. $76 dollars a foot and a payment plan was offered😂

Received a call from Nicole after I left a negative review yesterday! She explained her situation to me as to why they are not returning calls quickly to customers. I had these guys redo the gutters on my old house. The work was great and efficient. Friendly staff. Im trying to get them to replace the gutters on my new house but have been getting the run-around for over a month. I would prefer not to go elsewhere.

Contacted M&M for a free quote and they had someone out within a couple of days... I was satisfied with the quote as they had beat out one of their competitors( which I never mentioned to them) and within a few weeks they were installing my gutters. I was on midnights that week so the guys took extra care in being as quiet as possible as to not disturb me while I was sleeping and were done reasonably quickly. The gutters work great but I wish I would have gone with the larger size because they seem to get overwhelmed in the front of the house where the two roofs come together by my bay window... over all a great experience. I will be using them on my next home for sure

We have utilized m&m for snow removal and lawn care for a few years now. They have done an excellent job in both areas. Always courteous and very promp when a question was asked. They are always inquiring as to how to improve their service. honestly we could not be more happy with their professionalism. We highly recommend them.

No complaints on the work at all. They were friendly and very quick. My only complaint is with trying to schedule an appointment. Took me several tries and a couple voice mail messages to even be called back for the work to be done after the estimate was completed; a little over a week.

M&M put new trim on my mothers exterior of her garage door. I thought they could have spent a little more time on the quality it to make it look better,(big gaps on the top) I will have to put caulk where the gap is in the spring

Not a good experience. The job was not completed as requested. The downspouts were not put where I asked them to be put. I didnt even bother to call them and complain. Ive worked with them before and the customer service is not good. They are typically not on time. for this job they showed up at 5 PM on a Friday. Also the require payment as soon as the job is complete, meaning you have to be there while the work is done. Come on M&M get with the times. Complete the work and bill me. I shouldnt have to get out of work to come back home and pay you for a poorly completed job that you showed up late for.

Last year, I had M&M provide an estimate. Based upon projects recently completed by other companies for a brother and a friend, I was pretty confident that it should be less than $500 for my house. I priced materials at Home Depot close to the $100 and under $200 if I went with aluminum. They estimated the job to be over $600 which was a bit steep, but when I chose to follow-up, they emailed me a PDF file with an estimate of over $1000. This is for just over 100 feet of gutter... I am sure they can do good work, but $10 per foot of installed gutter is a bit intense.

Got an estimate for a new roof, M&M charged DOUBLE then 2 other companies. I recommend getting another estimate before choosing this company.Edit: The estimate was under my husbands name with the last name Kuehne. We have already chosen another company that will save us 8,000. Your quote was 26,000 and we got another quote for 16,000 but chose to upgrade the shingles and warranty for a total of 18,000. Even with the upgrade we are saving TONS by going with a different company.

Not convenient to pay my bill. I had to chase them down. Frustrated. They should have an easier way like a door slot ...if they wont be there when they say they will. Wasted my time 2 days in a row.

After having 4 companies come to my home and give me estimates on my new roof. (shingles) I chose M&M Seamless Gutters for several reasons. A few years ago they installed aluminum soffits and new gutters and I was very satisfied with the work and the professional way they dealt with my needs. They were not the cheapest but the estimate spelled out in detail every aspect of the service and warranty including taxes, building permit and other costs. Every one of my concerns were immediately dealt with. They installed premium gutter guards for me at the same time at a very reasonable cost. I am very satisfied with the technical quality, guarantee and the looks of my new roof. My neighbors have complimented me on how good it looks. I see they have some other services I may be interested in in the future.

Had roof replaced, M&M allowed water to come into my first story by not properly tarping the roof working in the rain. The entire crew sat on roof while water ran down my walls. When presented with video proof of the water damage in a 1906 house we were brushed aside and still no repairs have been made. Reached out repeatedly to no avail. Way better companies to deal with in long run. Forced to sign job completion paperwork when they forgot to install 2k$ worth of leaf debris cover. No final inspection of worked performed. Very poor communication.

I just witnessed one of their drivers on m-20 in midland today driving recklessly towards a burgundy suv trying run them off the road and kept swerving into them purpose. I called and told your company. I would never want services from someone who would do that to another person. I will call the cops on him. I witnessed him get upset with this vehicle cause she could not let him in due to construction on bridge. That is no excuse to put lives in danger.

Unorganized and very rude. Would never recommend anyone to hire them. The receptionist argued with me about an appointment I never agreed upon.

After a few scheduling and quote mix-ups the crew came and did the work within an hour and a half and it looked great.

I have nothing but great things to say about the installers that I had. They were very knowledgable on their product and the installation of the product. As far as the rating above, it is all because of the management. I asked for the owners to call me and explain to me why I was being charged and extra $150 for an act of nature. As they were finishing up my house, there apparently was some bee/wasp activity. One of the workers got stung twice actually. The install was stopped. I called an exterminator type company, and paid $160 to get the area safe for the completion of my gutters. A couple of weeks later I was finally called and the final installation was scheduled. I was told at that time I would have to complete payment when the job was done. I informed the person on the phone that I had paid the job in full previously. They said I owed $150 for a revisit to complete the job, to which I said I would like to speak to the owners. I was told they werent available. I said I would like them to call me to discuss this matter. To this day I have still not heard from them. I did not pay the $150 upon completion as nobody on the team asked for it. I am still waiting for a bill or a phone call from M & M. To me an act of nature DOES NOT justify additional charges. As much rain as we have had, I am sure there were numerous installations that were halted. Were those customers charged an extra $150 for their revisits? I rather doubt it. An act of nature is not my fault.I just received a phone call from Ashley @ M & M. She took care of getting my $150 revisit cost removed. I want to than her for making that happen. I would have given the 5 stars if this whole issue hadnt arisen. Their quote was very reasonable, the product is great (so far!!), and their installers were very professional & knowledgeable. I saw another comment about their price quote being extremely high compared to a competitor. My experience was very different. Their quote was much lower than their competition. Thanks again for everyone who was involved with our project. rf

M&M is absolutely the BEST!!! My husband had come across M&M through hearing a commercial on the radio. Chuck, the owner, came out to our home for the estimate for gutters and was very honest and easy going. His quote was unbeatable and we decided to work with them. So last November, my husband and I had gutters installed on our home & the crew came out in one day to complete a 2930 sq ft home. They worked the entire 10-11 hours they were here and were very professional and courteous with myself and 2 yr old daughter. I had mentioned to Chuck that we needed to get our roof done within the year and he immediately gave us an estimate. Again, the quote was very reasonable and with the quality work we received with our gutter crew, we agreed to have M&M install our new roof. We are so happy that we decided to get our new roof done by M&M. Our new roof looks AMAZING and again, the roof crew worked non-stop each day they were here. The foreman for our roof install, Wayne, was one of the sweetest guys you could ever work with. He cared a lot about the quality of work, which meant a lot to us. He also pointed out areas of the house that needed special detail (i.e. woodpeckers eating holes on the side of our house & mold growing through the roof from one of the bathrooms that previous owners did not ventilate. He fixed both areas, so the wood is brand new). Wayne also made sure everyone worked hard and worked efficiently. I, personally, got to know each and every person that worked on our roof and we would like to thank them: Wayne, Tim, Randy, Lawton, Annie, Brandon, Tyler, Andrew..& a few others that I didnt actually get to introduce myself too since they helped for a few hours and had to leave to another job. Waynes crew became like family and we would just like to thank them for being so professional and courteous to us and we couldnt have asked for a better experience. We also had Wayne & Annie install our new front door (when there was a rain day while the roof was being installed) and they did an excellent job. My husband and I are very pleased!!! Thank you to the owners of M&M, Chuck and Nichole, for ALWAYS treating us with respect and providing such excellent customer service. We have already told several people about our awesome experiences with M&M and we hope several of our friends will be able to get the same experiences as we did. Terrible customer service. Had to get on my roof myself to do repairs due to poor workmanship by the installers, in my opinion. Repairs that were promised by the owner Chuck himself to be done by M & M. Multiple calls with no return calls. I would strongly recommend Not using this company.
