I was very impressed with their knowledge. Not only did they replace my battery but I had a blank spot in my iphone 6 that showed up the last time I had my screen replaced by a previous company. This created issues like the phone randomly dialing someone at any time the phone was on. They replaced the screen, cleaned my phone and eliminated the blank area. It now works like I have a new phone. Thank you very much for the knowledgeable service. I will definitely return to this Batteries Plus store for any future service.

Fixed broken screen on cell phone

Went to the Apple Store to get my cracked screen replaced and they quoted greater than $165.00 and couldn’t do it for a week. Found these guys could do it immediately for a much lower price... highly recommended!

I had a cellphone battery replaced last night. I came home to find that I had no audio and my flashlight wasnt working. I went in the following morning and the technician fixed it within minutes! Excellent customer service! I recommend this store!

Austin went above and beyond to fix the screen on my sons IPhone even though we waited for over an hour he was pleasant to talk to and my son walked out happy with his phone working again. I will recommend going here to anyone and will be going back for any repairs that are needed in the future!
