My LCD screen went out after a dreadful fall and the screen would only flicker through the black screen of death, and the gentleman here fixed it up brand new in an hour, had a better phone case and tempered glass protector for my specific model as well, there are many different 0hone cases to choose from, go sturdy! And while I waited I had lovely conversations with both of the workers here! I even scored a stylish new keyboard while waiting, give them some patience and the job done will be perfect!

They were beyound helpful!A women first helped me pick out a phone according to exactly what I needed it for! (Pixel 2 XL) I also picked up a lanyard, a case, and some stickers! (They had the best selection, even some from the vine days!)Then I spoke w a man, who after showing me how to set up my phone, test for speeds, tricks to my phone, and what items to keep an eye on for updates, he also told me about his phone service plans! He was very kind, didnt pressure any purchases, and for that I got service this week instead of waiting for the next!He also gave me a free phone screen protector:))I highly recommend them! I cannot thank Mr. Frog enough for saving my Laptop! They went above and beyond to help me. My hp touch screen Envy Bang & olufsen laptop (well over $1,300 laptop) crashed and needed a lot of help. The screen disconnected from the back he fixed it with no issue! The hard drive crashed and he put a better, faster hard drive in and cleaned my Laptop all for a great cost! Saving me thousands! He pretty much gave me a new laptop. And they finished my Laptop the same day it crashed, within a couple hours. Honestly so happy I went to Mr. frog. Sr. Frog repair was on my work route and while at the business i asked if my drawing tablet could be fixed. Ken said, that it could be fixed in just a couple hours. This guy, not sure if he is the owner is absolutely unprofessional! He was extremely rude, all he did was plug in my hard drive and it worked. I said thank you, and was on my way. But he expected me to ask him how much, saying how rude it was for me not to ask. You do not treat customers like that.And for your reference, the reason you get a bad review is because you were so rude the whole time!And, how would you charge anything? All you did was plug it in? It wasnt about the money even its how rude you talked to me, especially when I was leaving!
