Always end up with a clean, shiny car here! Its a major plus to have the guys scrub the car down before entering the wash, and they always get that spot under the back light! Plus theyre respectful and courteous, always nice to hear yes maam and no maams. It really does go a long way! Good job Bay Wash!

Great service and friendly staff. I really liked the vacuum area. No timer so no need to have a bunch of quarters. Vacuum away. Drive in, put it in neutral, take your foot off the brake and don’t touch the steering wheel. Relax for a few minutes while your chariot has a bath.

I drove up there to find out if the vacuums were really free and to my surprise they were. The employees were respectful and very informative. The atmosphere there was nice also. I highly recommend it to give it a try. Thanks

Gets your car clean! I absolutely love that they have the vacuums that is included in the cost of your car wash so when youre done with your car wash you can vacuum out your car for no additional money!

Nice car wash. Prices are good. The vacuums are very strong, they quickly removed all the sand and debris from the inside of my truck. The entrance is a little small, but this is where I will continue to get my truck washed while in town.

We just bought our Ford Expedition brand new about a wk ago and just wanted to clean it up a bit. Thought it was a good wash and got home and my driver door panel where the touch key pad is was scratched so bad. I’m not at all happy about the situation.

Do NOT use this car wash unless you are willing to risk damage to your vehicle. June 30th I took my brand new 2020 F250 in for a quick wash. After going thru automated car wash I noticed scratches down both sides of my new truck. I approached 2 guys that were working there and they said this happens sometimes due to improper adjustment and/or dirt/rock on brushes. They took my information and told me a manager would contact me to make things right. I have not even received a phone call.

Hands down the best car wash in town with great customer service! After the beach, we always come here to get the $15 wash and free vacuums. I highly recommend them!

Love the free vacuums! Powerful, multiple attachments, gets the job done quickly. Car wash is good, too. How good depends on who works the beginning of the line that day. Some take care to be sure bugs are scrubbed off of grill and mirrors, some dont. Last week one mirror got cleaned and one did not. Also like the rain guarantee which gets you a free wash within a couple of days. All around best car wash in Bay City, but cant give 5 stars because of lack of care by certain individuals. Hope that changes!

This place sucks. I have a 2010 Suburban and it never gets cleaned right. The attendants at the beginning of the wash never wash the back glass correctly. I have taken it twice there and twice I have been disappointed! 20.00 for a wash and I still have to take it to the Car Wash!

I usually spend $10-$15 washing and vacuuming my car on my own. Here you can pick the high car wash for $15, have your car pre sprayed and scrubbed down before it is ran thru the automatic carwash. Once your finished there you can drive to a vacuum stall and vacuum your car for free! The employee are very helpful and do a great job answering any questions you have!

I understand that choosing a wash with strips of any kind of material slapping my car may leaves swirls in my cars paint, but this place actually scratched the paint on the hood of my Infiniti!! Yea don’t go here!!
