Have had an undercoating to prevent salt from rusting your vehicle and just had a Diamond Gloss coating put on to protect the paint. Got discounts on both. Everyone is wonderful there and very helpful when you are considering any kind of coating. The dog, Yeti is very friendly and greets you at the door. They even have treats on the counter that he expects when you are leaving. What a good dog.🐕🐾

I’m not impressed with the service at all when I picked my car up from getting detailed I could tell it was done in a rush it was barely vacuumed and some spots were not even touched on the interior. They don’t call it a DETAILING for fun. Terrible job.

Never heard from them after two attempts from corporate so I got my bed liner done at Line-X in Bay City. Definitely go there instead of here for a bed liner and actual customer service. Ziebart is a JOKE!Original review: They messed up tinting my windshield twice on my previous truck, but I decided to try them again with my new truck. Same story, messed it up twice and called it good although there were creases in it, dirt under it, and the brow was not matched in the center by a difference of about half an inch. They left my truck filthy and broke my rearview mirror. They refunded me for the windshield and ripped the tint off it but did nothing about the mirror. I wouldnt recommend anyone go there for tinting.

Awesome detailing and window tint

Gave me a price for 5 windows. After they was done I was charged for 7. Extra $50. The tint was off center and I could see daylight. Another window looked like a 8yr old cut the top of it. Went back to get it fixed and they was rude because they had to stay after 3:00. I asked for darker tint on the front. They said that they was only fixing the one window. So that was a big No. Unprofessional children!!

First let me say that I am a long timevZiebart customer. Ever since 1997 I have taken my newly purchased vehicles to ziebart to have them rustproofed, paint protection and interior protection. I would take the vehicles back every year for inspection and reapplication of diamond gloss and interior protection. The last 5 years I have been using the Bay city location and have been pleased up until this year. I have 2 vehicles that I returned this week for the yearly inspection, diamond gloss and interior. Dropped the first one off (2015 Jeep GC) on Monday 9/21 in the evening and picked it up yesterday 9/22. When I brought it home I noticed that they didnt even clean the windows. When I picked it up I also dropped off my wifes 2017 Cherokee for the same yearly service. When I came to pick it up on Wednesday 9/23, I wasnt even 15ft from the Jeep and saw a dent in the hood. I immediately told Dakota about it and he was not sure how that could happen. He consulted his boss Ben and he came out to look at it. He says that they will contact a local paintless dent repair facility and get back with me. I left the Jeep there for them to handle it. Very upset at this time. The way this is handled will determine if I can be retained as a customer. Never had any problems and was always pleased when Warren was working there.

Have all the accesarys that I need

I took a car in for an interior detailing. They did a good job. The issue was time. When the 8:30a.m. appointment was made we were told 2-3 hours. Since its a 35 minute drive we decided to run errands in Bay City and wait. We went back at noon to pick up the car and were told it was going to be another two hours. We decided to go home. 45 minutes later (10 minutes after we got home) received a call the car was done. I wasted nearly an entire day.

Very helpful with trying to schedule an appointment. Got us right in, we had planned a rhino spray liner, they took out the old liner and had it finished in around 7 hours and it looked great! Would recommend!!

Tinted the windows on my 2019 Chevy truck and did a awesome job. All the guys were real professional and cool to talk to. The wife accidentally rolled the drivers window down right after having them done. The guy there seen it happen and said if we werent happy to bring it back and they would redo it. They got it back in the very next day and knocked it out quickly. Its the little things like this that make people keep coming back and spreading there business out there. I just got my windows tinted about 2 hours ago and I am 100% satisfied with my experience with Ziebart. This is a laid back group of guys that do professional work. And they do so much more then tinting windows. The install remote starters, they put on special sealer to protect your paint on your vehicles, theyll even give your work vehicles a nice look with their wraps. Im telling you, if your in the market for a professional job to be done on your vehicle call Ziebart and see how they can help you.

The guys were wonderful to work with. They worked with my corporate fleet service (which isnt always easy) to stay within our guidelines and process billing. They got me in quickly and did a great job on the window tinting. Everything went so smoothly. I will definitely use them again!

Every one is very pleasant and friendly, you feel like you have know them for many years. I had heated seats installed and a electronic start in the past, everything works wonderful. They have also cleaned my car inside and out during my yearly inspections, when they are done the car looks and smells like it was in a showroom! Too expensive.

These guys are pretty great. I spent big money a year ago to have my truck rust proofed, undercoated, diamond glossed, and the interior detailed and leather conditioned. Each year after, they ask that you come back to have the diamond gloss re-applied, the rust proof and undercoating touched up, and a fresh detail of the inside for a reduced rate. Both of my experiences have been great, and they do a great job of cleaning your vehicle up and making it feel like new again. Its touch to fork over that kind of money on your vehicle, and Im generally nervous when I do so hoping I get my money worth. These guys make it well worth it and make me want to keep coming back. Their work is near perfect, and they are even a hair cheaper than much of their competition. I will be back.

Called this location to have a hitch installed on my subaru outback, staff that answered were not only helpful and knowledgeable, but friendly too. They were able to get me in the next day. They estimated about an hour and a half to finish the installation and got it done in an hour and 15 min. Price was significantly cheaper than other shops in the area. Would definitely recommend this shop.

Have had my windows tinted on a couple of my trucks now from them. Always a top of the line job! Done in a very timely manner and very outstanding customer service as well. Always worth the money i spend there. Recommended to all me family and friends.

Warren & Timmy, who I believe did the majority (if not all) of the actual cleaning were great guys. I really appreciated the interactions with them and would come back based on that alone. I got the interior cleaning done for my vehicle and was quite happy with it. There was only one area I noticed that didnt appear to be cleaned, the center area between the visors that has sunglasses holder, onstar buttons, etc. Overall Im happy with the service and will be back to get my other vehicle detailed as well.

I had my interior detailed with Ziebart after driving across the country twice in the past 8 months (with my husband and dog). Needless to say, it was dirty and well worn. I will update this review after I let them try again.I had a complete details done on my car last month right before my wedding. I wanted to say that it was a terrible job and I wont be returning.The location was the Ziebarts in Bay City. When I got there he told me it was dirty. Right. Thats why Im here.I had won the complete detail at a car show. When they were done, the outside of the windshield was still dirty, it looked like it had overspray on it from something else, and that overspray was all over the plastic around the windshield and seems it may have stained it.it didnt even look like they bothered touching the wheels.I found dirt all over the exterior of the car, and they only cleaned half the shifter boot!I ended up washing it myself after taking picturesAm not impressed.

I have had multiple vehicles tinted here. They do a great job and have good prices. They warranty all their work so even if you do have an issue they correct it. I will continue to use them for future tinting needs.

I waited a few months to give a review on my undercoating. I have a lifted jeep wrangler so i can see the under coating every day. I Spent nearly $500 for undercoating and for them to put a special solution to prevent more rusting. Good customer service. BUT! I had this work done mid June and the undercoating is already coming off you can see previous rust. You can tell there was no surface prep done whats so ever! I went here so I could get it professionally done I shouldve spent the time and saved a lot of money surface prepping and undercoating it myself. I set up an appointment for a Saturday and i feel that they wanted to hurry and get the work done so they dont have to work late on the weekend. My work wouldve at least lasted longer than 3-4 months!

DONT GO HERE FOR TINT. Mine, my brothers, and 3 friends of mine have all had our tint rip, and peel off. When they fixed mine, they cleaned it off good, and my new tint was caked in sticky crud whenever I would roll it down, and back up. Had to take it to a friend to have it done right.

When they clean inside car the trunk and the inside roof is not included, which I did not know. The cleaner they used took off the top coat of the shifter showing if you are in park, drive, etc. they missed the inside center glove box. So $230 dollars later I’m vacuuming out the trunk, scrubbing the ceiling, and cleaning the center where they missed. 😕

I have had my car detailed inside and out and they do a excellent job.I think the products they use on my leather seats is worth every penny I spent. They clean up nicely if there is a spill.The dimond gloss they put on is great. I found living in northern michigan that in the winter in help with the snow coming off easier.

Ive had two sets of windows tinted here. The materials and work were both high quality. The second time, there was a mix up with my keys that I complained to the manager about. He offered to make it right with a free interior detail. I just used my coupon last week and I am ecstatic with the results. After a couple of winters without a cleaning, my car feels new again. Thanks to the management for making it right and I will be back.

The undercoating job was okay but I did not quite understand why I had to wait extra time to get it done because someone else came in an hour and a half earlier than they where supposed to. I guess some people get treated better than others.

I just have to say Ziebarts here in Bay City, MI does a great job. Wonderful customer service. The people are great! I have taken cars to them in the past, but recently have started to get to know the people up front. First off, Warren is just a great guy to talk to. He always seems joyful and always helps me out. He does his best answering all my questions, and I usually ask a lot of questions haha. I also want to say thank you to Ben and Jodie. They are helpful as well. Overall they treat me good and I will be coming back for other services!

Where do I start....I scheduled appoint 2wks out for 9am on a Wednesday. Was quoted $170 for inside and out. Dropped car off before 9am. Told the gentlemen that I need this by 3pm. Guy looked at it and said its dirty(thx captain obvious thats why its here). Walked acrossed street at breakfast messed around on my phone was picked up 35 min later and car still not pulled in garage. Called around 2:30 and said still working on it was dirty...again thats why its here. Had the car for 6hrs and still not done. Detail does not take 6 hrs with proper planning staffing and tools. Didnt finish car till after 4pm. Didnt do head lining, didnt do back window, didnt do rearview mirror. Was charge $166 for just inside not even completed. Was raining and glooming that day so didnt really notice till next day. Will not go back for ouside detail and tint job was going to have done. Wow! Was reffered and unfortunately will not be back.

I bought a new Cadillac across the road in 2013 had it rust proofed at Ziebart BAY CITY took it back this year for a touch up waited 40 min. They were done no charge car was allready clean enought to work on

What they did was ok but they didnt complete the job. Paid for complete detail in and out w/ diamond polish. Did nothing with the tiny scratches - door jams were never touched - the bottoms of the doors were never touched - the glove box was never touched - the truck bed was never touched. NOT VERY DETAILED for a lot of money.

If you ever do use them to do window tinting make sure you get a estimate in writing because they quoted me a price over the phone and charge me more then $100 more. 2016 Toyota
