I had all of the vents in my house cleaned and sanitized by Jake. I have asthma, and my vents were really bad. Jake spent 7 hours at my house, as they were much dirtier then he had anticipated. He showed me the pictures, and it was obvious that they had not been cleaned properly before. He even found an empty M & M box from 1985, deep down inside one of the vents. It was unbelievable! As a retired teacher, I have worked with many young people who have their own businesses. Outstanding customer service! We called Jake explaining our situation, how we’ve been displaced after our flood and hoping to get our ducts cleaned before our new AC unit and furnace were installed the next day so we could move back into our home with our 1 year old. I’ll start by saying how great Jake is just as a person not only was he was extremely nice but he did a great job on my carpet. Before we could get our youngest Tom cat fixed, he peed all over and eventually you could smell it through the whole house. You can no longer smell it, it truly smells great now. The carpets look great as well. I know this is long already but I just wanted to mention one last thing. We went with Stanley Steemer first ONLY because they could get here sooner. Big waste of time. Truly. These two young guys came close to their closing time and came up with a lame excuse. The floors were too damp. They had their damp stick reader thing telling them so. He even said it was damp to the touch, I asked where and honest to god, on my mother’s life it was not damp. We were their last stop of the day and it was Friday. They wanted out early. You could genuinely tell that this kid was trying his hardest to convince us not to do it. Finally he went and told his dispatcher and they said not to touch it. Mind you, we said we’d sign a piece of paper saying we wouldn’t sue them or try to do anything. They just simply didn’t want to do it. I called Jake and told him what happened and he made time to come do them for me quick. He even started the day earlier than he had to just to get ours done today. Seriously, if you’ve read all of this first of all thank you for your time I promise everything I’ve said is 100% honest and I stand by it. Secondly, I 100% recommend Jakes Carpet Cleaning over everyone. Even if you have to wait a day or two. It’s honestly worth the wait. Again, thank you Jake! Jake has some serious skills to pull up some seriously tough stains! We managed to get some wood stain on our brand new/expensive rug, and Jake worked with us on two different occasions to help lift the stains. I had Jakes clean my living room carpet and deodorize as I have cats and the previous tenant had a dog. Not only does the house smell better, but it finally feels clean. I dont care how much bleach or whatever cleaning product you use to clean, if the carpet is not professionally cleaned, it still feels dirty. Very friendly and professional and worked me in on short notice. Will definitely have him back and highly recommend. Very reasonable pricing.

Jake showed up while we were away from the house and did an amazing job. We have dogs (that he had to listen to bark at him the whole time) that made a few messes in the living room. The carpet was either going to be torn out or left if we could get it cleaned thoroughly. Well we still have our carpet and it looks like new, Jake applied some deodorizer to the urine spots that took care of the odor from the pet urine as well. If youre looking for honest and thorough work, look no further!
