Stopped at Discount Tire on our way up north due to finding out we likely had a flat while getting gas at the Bay City exit. We walked in at 5:40 when they were to close at 6:00pm, they had a lobby full of customers, and it seemed very possible they could have told us they were too busy to fix our flat before closing. Ray Duve took great care of us - fixed our flat at no charge, and had us back on the road all within 30 minutes!! Ray was great to work with, friendly, and professional. Could have definitely put a damper on our trip up north, but ended up being no big deal. Will definitely continue to purchase our tires at discount tire as well as recommend their services to family and friends. Thanks Ray!!

Needed four new tires. I was at work and found my tire flat. Pumped it up, my brother followed me home. There was a nail in it. Called them and they had an opening for 12:30pm. Put more air in the tire and drove to Discount Tire. I was in and out in less than 40 minutes. And I did get four tires. Very happy.

My go to for any tire and wheel purchases. Just got these new wheels and tires Saturday.

The team got me in and out within an hour. Just drove in from Colorado and picked up a screw. Flat repair and a balance, 30 minutes. Great job.

Such a professional quick place to get tires swapped. You can buy your own and bring them to them and they will still install the tires as long as they pass inspection. $10 a tire to have old ones disposed. Not a bad price. Total price for winter tire swap and disposal of 4 tires was only $140.

Stopped in middle of the day on a Saturday with a tire that was loosing air. They pulled a nail out of the tire and fixed it well. To my surprise, there was no charge to fix the flat! Great service and I’m happy with the repair. I will be back for my next set of tires.

These guys sell at a good price and they work very hard. They are attentive to customers. However, I hate to say it but they are too busy. I had a 1:45 planned and didnt get in for 20 minutes after the schedule. Its always so hectic there it is stressful getting in and out.

These guys quickly repaid the flat, put it back on the truck and then offered to put the spare back up in the mount under the truck... And then, didnt want anything in return! Left a set of rims to have tires mounted. Salesperson said they would call me when they were done. After wasting 3 hours in Bay City, I stopped back in to check on the progress. One of the other workers told me they were done 20 minutes after I dropped them off. Very unorganized and unprofessional.

Made a appointment for 1 pm. They got to me by 2. I know it was tire rotation so they didnt make money on me, so thinking I got pushed down the line. Dont understand why I needed an appointment then.

Discount Tire on Euclid is awesome. They went above and beyond my expectations when I needed help with my tires. They took alot of stress off my shoulders being able to help me as soon as they did. Not only was the service rather faster than other places and done correctly, the service I received was top notch. I needed a set of tires for my vehicle and they didn’t have a set in my budget. What they did do was offer the closest priced set within my budget which the tires were priced about $12 more each. This may not seem like much to most but when you are strapped for cash you can’t really do much. I really needed some new tires and these guys hooked me up. For the service and the quality these guys are the best around.

I had just bought a used car that had brand new tires on them. $250 tires that I would never be able to afford. The manager at Discount Tire helped me get one tire replaced, after a few sugar beets fell off of a truck in front of me and blew my tire! Only payed $35 for a new tire that he had to special order from another state! This location will always have my business!

Came in for a tire rotate and rebalance, made an appointment at 4:45, and was done at 5:30! They were on time, ethical, well educated, and they gave us the full rotation for no charge! I’ve always had good luck with Discount for years, but this won me over and I will be shopping Discount for life now!

I bought tires from this place a month ago and my sensor went out couple days ago. I went back to them and they put a new sensor in for me and only charged me half price because I argued with them that the slip said everythings included They didnt say the sensors are included or specify so they gave me half off I will continue to use discount tire The guys there are so nice.

I went in to have a tire repaired which had the road hazard warranty on it. Unfortunately the tire I needed was out of stock. The staff tried to locate another tire for me, they torqued all my rims and checked my air pressure. Everyone was SO helpful and I feel like they went the extra mile to satisfy me as a customer.

The team of employees, who assisted me (lead by Assistant Manager, Benjamin Valerio), were quick to answer any questions or concerns I had. My flat tire was repaired, in no time. And the crew informed me of my tires tread life.I will return to Discount Tire in the future. I hope this post, and word of mouth, will benefit their business.

I brought my car in that I just put brand new wheels on a few days a go. I needed tpms sensors installed . The rims and tires have less than 200 miles on them. When I received my car I noticed a huge gouge on on of the spokes that were not there prior to my visit. Please do not visit this location unless you want your property damaged. I brought car back in and was told they did not do it. I know for a fact it was damaged in their shop. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. Avoid at all costs. This trip to see them cost me 264.00 plus taxes for a new wheel!!

Had a wonderful experience despite having to wait outside in 85 degree, humid weather due to covid. I would say in about an hour and a half I was serviced and out! I would highly recommend them!

I usually visit the Saginaw store on Bay Rd and am constantly amazed at the friendliness and professionalism of everyone there. Ive been a customer for over 20 years and talk for days after visiting to anyone who will listen about how impressive it is.Yesterday I needed new tires and was tight on time and so I stopped at the Euclid location in Bay City. I wasnt at all surprised to find that the employees and atmosphere were exactly the same as in Saginaw. Its clearly just their company culture, and it just confirms again that I make the right decision in continuing to use them.Awesome job, as always!

Came here to find out a problem with my tires, guy checked out the Vans tires then I went to show him my spare tires I had in the van, this is where my bad experience came in, this guy doesnt know my vehicle, he starts opening a door which I made clear was broken and not to open it, well he opened it anyway so I had to fight with it to get to close breaking the door more than what it was already when it couldve been prevented by listening to the customer (Me the OWNER of the vehicle) in the end the spare tires he claimed couldnt be use, no big deal, whats turning me away is the fact he didnt listen to me which caused more damage to my already broken door that couldve been prevented. If you cant listen to something as simple as DO NOT open that door its broken and you do it anyway then how do I know you will listen to anything else I say about my vehicle. Techs need to be taught to listen to the owner of a vehicle as if he had attempted to open my side door after telling him its broken which THANK GOD he didnt the door wouldve fallen and caused him injuries. Luckily the rear door wasnt completely broken off the hindge like the side door so injuries where prevented on that one but the extra damages where not prevented which will cost me more out of pocket to repair now. At this time I dont think I will be doing business with this location.

I am always happy with the service at discount tire. They are friendly and knowledgeable. They are able to assist with any issues and this time they fixed my tire and it was free. I was very happy with the quick service since I did not call ahead. They do offer call ahead which I take advantage of when I get new tires.

Thanks to Dan and his guys for getting me back on the road. Had a nail in my tire and had to get a replacement. They were the only place within an hour that had the tire I needed. I was getting ready to come home from a road trip with a toddler and an infant and I when I discovered the slow leak. They got me in right away and only waited about 15 minutes by the time my family and I finished lunch at the Big Boy near by. Thanks to Discount Tire for great customer service and getting me taken care of at a critical time.

The workers are very friendly, however, Went in to just get a tire repair, they ended up not even repairing the tire I asked them to repair, instead, they took all of my tires off, found a bad sensor in one, not even the tire that was a bother.. forced me to pay for the new sensor which was $63, they said I could not leave due to federal rule or something, his words if something comes in working, must leave working. So...other words, I do not recommend going there, just another place looking at your car to get money.

Great place to go for new tires! Very friendly staff. I asked them to save my front right tire for my spare and by accident they didnt. Because of the age of the tire they couldnt put it back on my spare rim, so instead they gave me a new used tired with the same tread that they accidentally took off originally with no charge to me! I feel that I was not given the choice of buying one rim and was talked to like I was stupid not literally. But the person was only interested in selling me 4 rims. They were aware that the car was only worth a $1000 or a little more. I am a a women not a stupid one. I bought 4 tires on the 1st of Feb. Back tire was losing air. Of coarse the norm is to sell r rims however as I said they were to think I was going to put $500 into rims for a car like mine is stupid. You lost a customer and all family members. Did not even wanted to give u on star. They should have told me there was a problem on the first. Not happy at all u lost a lot of business for me mg family and friend well never go there again. I will see to that. I do understand how business works and your company failed

Very professional sales staff. Nathan was very good at letting me know more about the tires I was getting and was able to show me things about my old tires of things to look out for. It only took about an hour or so to get my car taken care of and I was a walk-in. I was very pleased with the service to my car.

Worst place in town will never go here again

Ive been going there for years. They have always treated me very well. Free tire repairs, tire rotations and great prices. Busy is only issue. Just what you would expect from a successful business.

I had came in with a leaking tire and had ten minutes to close with 4 cars being worked on in the stalls and they still fixed it for me free of charge and sent me on my way. Very good quality of people there.

Everyone here is SO kind and patient. They treat everyone with respect and try and help the most they can.

I would not go anywhere else for tires. Service is great. The guys are professional but have a great sense of humor. They fixed my tire even though it was time to close. Just really good people.
