Im new to Bay City and one day my car was not running right. I googled mechanics near me and Morgans Was The First To Pop Up so i called and they said they were busy but if i could bring my car in they would make time to look at it. So I did just that. Shortly there after I get a call from them and they said it was an easy fix but the part was expensive. I had told him what kind of budget i was working with. they ended up fixing it that day and they were very friendly and honest. Im not good with names but everyone that i did talk to was so nice. being a woman that has absolutely no idea about cars, they were honest and very affordable. Im definitely going back to have them fix my car again

Excellent! Expert knowledge, polite, helpful, friendly, punctual. Definitely customer-oriented. They put a new relay in my 12-year-old car and brought the AC back to life, no need to recharge or replace compressor. Morgans was referred to me by neighbors who have had all their auto work done by Morgans for years.

I went in for a tuneup when I received my taxes, I wasn’t sure where to go but my mom told me they have started using this shop for her work soldier and sailor relief as a coordinator for vets needing help. They did not disappoint!! They got me in quick and even let me prepay even though it’s not normally what they do..but they also did a full inspection and let me know everything even the smallest thing was Wrong. one of the bigger things I was told about happened ab coupe months later, if the owner didn’t tell me what to look and listen for I probably wouldn’t have caught it.. Thanks guys your amazing and if anyone asks me where to go they are definitely going your way..Please ignore any spelling or grammar issues lol

I have taken my 02 Chrysler 300m Special here for years and have always had great service. Nick and Derrick are awesome. Everyone here is honest and wont sell you repairs you dont need. If you ask, they will show you the broken parts they replace so you can see for yourself that there really was a problem. Also, they always diagnose problems properly rather than firing the parts cannon and hoping to get lucky. They might not give you the cheapest price in town, but they more than make up for it in their quality of service.

This place has always treated me well and never tried to cheat me. They have reasonable prices and a quick turnaround. Theres sometimes a wait of a day or two for an opening, but that just shows you how busy they are because their services are in high demand. I dont foresee looking for another mechanic any time soon.

Morgans is so great. Im sorry I didnt discover them years ago. They do great work. Its done when they say or quicker, and they dont try to sell you parts you dont need. They always treat all customers with respect. They are very reasonable with charges.I can see why people keep coming back to them.

Drove my car here based on multiple peoples recommendations. The car died as soon as I got there. Even though they were busy and booked until next week they looked and it and found the problem. They said my car still might be covered under extended warranty since the issue was common with GM vehicles. They took the time to call a dealership to confirm AND called me a tow to get there! Very friendly and helpful. Even though I didnt end up getting service done I would recommend going here and will definitely be back.

They are very through. Never try to upsale items to you. But will inform you when it is recommended to service your vehicle. They do excellent work, willing to explain what has to be done.
