Locked keys out of my car. They charged me $100 for the service to come unlock it and then cancelled the service. I called the dispatcher back and they said it would be 3-5 days before the money was back in my account. So then I had to try to hire a different company and wouldnt have had the money to pay them. Luckily the other company accepted cash. The gentleman from Key Me that I spoke to was very polite and apologetic but that doesnt help how disappointing and infuriating this was.

Have made 8 keys, all work perfectly. When the key machine made the incorrect key, customer service immediately refunded my charge .... excellent service

Just got some keys copied for padlocks. The key fits and technically works but all of them for tight and very hard to turn the lock. Satisfied I guess but wish the keys worked better.
