I have been looking for a new barber in the BK area since covid shut down,after 5 barbers later I found Joe at Phase One Barber Shop andI am very pleased of this spot.The guys are good at their skill in taking care of your needs for getting buttered up!Strongly recommend to any one looking for a great barber.

Never going back, dude that cut my hair seemed like he didnt want to bother with me, didnt line me up or trim my beard but was quick to collect my money

Hands down one of the best barbershop I’ve been to. clean, organized, consistent with times of business. I feel right at home!! Also it’s in a great location. It’s a lot of stuff I’ve seen go on at other shops not saying all shops but you have an image to upload for your place of business!! First impression is last impression. I feel like all shops need to be on by appointment cause they have lives and families as well. I may not be the biggest tipper but when you got tip cause that shows that you appreciate their service! No issues or no inconsistency since I discovered phase one!!! They also believe in doing customers appreciate which it caught me off guard but made me feel like hey I’m more then a clientThanks Tone and Mitch for all your efforts and advice

Out of town patron looking to get an edge up. Barbers disregarded me and said they only take appointments. Def understand the concept but I was willing to pay as if I was getting a full cut just for an edge up. Really bad experience and I would suggest newcomers to this area stopping at this barbershop.

There are few times I wish you could give more than 5 stars, but, this place was THAT GOOD! I travel for work but usually get home to get a cut before the next trip Not this time, searching around, found this place. Only bad review was some fake review, so I went. Luckily there was no one with an appointment and Tony hooked me up right. PS book an appointment!Cost was great, attention to detail was great, conversation was great! Thanks again Tony, we will be back for sure!

Very professional barber staff.Very clean establishment.Very easy and accommodating parking.Nice, secure business location. These guys are amazing at their craft, the ambience is of a traditional-classic barbershop with the dialogue to compliment!!! Good place for a full family vibe.

Went in for my first time today. Gentlemen who cut my hair did a great job. Took his time and made sure it was a quality cut. $13 for a buzz cut, tipped $7. Very pleased. Would recommend to anyone.

Extremely unprofessional.. I called in and made an appointment for 230pm and I got there at 220 and they completely forgot about my appointment and asked me to wait an extra hour.. very dirty too.. do not go to phase one barber shop!
