Absolutely loved my hair cut. Got abt 18 inches cut off and had my hair done in a funky style. The hairdresser was amazing and was super nice as well. I tipped almost as much as the cost of the cut I loved it so much.

I moved back home to battle creek a few months ago, and since my original hair salon had closed, it was time to find a new one. i just needed a simple haircut. Ashley was amazing! she was super friendly, gave me exactly what i wanted, and helped even out my hair (i may have given myself a depression haircut about 6 months ago). she offered a deep conditioning treatment because my hair is insanely thick. my hair feels so soft and healthy now! i definitely recommend this place.

I went in for a haircut, showed the stylist what I wanted And she totally butchered my hair, I paid her and ugly cried in my car for about a 1/2 hour, had to go somewhere else to try to fix what she done....... I basically had to shave my head almost completely bald and start over. I honestly feel my four-year-old probably could have gave me a better haircut with safety scissors

I typically try not to leave negative reviews but after my experience today I felt it important to let others know to avoid this place. I called ahead and made an appointment for a men’s haircut. My appointment was at 3:45pm, I arrived on time for my appointment and proceeded to wait half an hour. A walk in was taken before me, I was getting ready to leave when they realized and admitted their mistake about taking the other person before me. Her station was disgusting covered in other people’s hair, hair dye and was generally unclean. After waiting 30-45 minutes for my haircut she rushed through my haircut and did it in under 5 minutes, it turned out poorly and despite that I went to pay and was then told they don’t take cards. I feel this should have been addressed over the phone when I made the appointment, I had to drive home, get cash after waiting 30-45 minutes and come back and pay for my quick poorly done haircut. I will not be returning to the establishment. I absolutely don’t recommend attending this “salon” ever. Horrible customer service. I am incredibly disappointed and won’t return.

Ive gone here a few times now. The service is reliable, and the employees are nice. If I wanted something elaborate or specific I would probably consider a higher end salon. But for a quick and cheap trim, you cant beat it.

Ashley is my favorite there. She listens to my eccentric ideas and it turns out just how I pictured it in my head. She is a hair genius! My husbands hair looks great thanks to her suggestions too.

All my life, I usually get terrible hair cuts. Probably because its a job to make me look half way acceptable; just ask my wife ;PIve been to a few girls here, and theyve all given me a sharp haircut, and had me leaving looking good! Im 100% recommending this place to every man 25+ in the area. Theyre pretty cheap to! (Ive spent $75 on far worse hair cuts) (Oh, and no idea what you younger hipsters are looking for, but Id bet they could help you too)

Amazing hair salon! My hair stylist of choice is always Monica, if I have a big event going on and shes not available, I also settle for Nichole. This is the best hair salon Ive been to, they are like a big family, always joking and picking on each other in the best way! Love it, dont think Id go anywhere else.

I typically go every couple of months to get my haircut, I never do anything special with it just trim it and Ive never had a problem. I go mostly for the tanning. The bed is an older style but it still works and I am still getting color, and you cannot beat the prices.

Made an appointment two days in advance for my daughter and I to get our hair trimmed for her birthday, got there and was told we had to wait 20 minutes because they had a lady and her kids walk in. Then when I asked why did we have to wait after making an appointment I was told well there is always a wait. Definitely not wasting my time or money at this place. They are very rude I would say more but I’ll kiat keep that to myself. HORRIBLE!!!

I’ve seen some cute hair cuts done in this salon...the staff are nice...I mainly go for the tanning personally...I get a 10 visit package for about $20 or you can pay $2.75 per visit for a single visit...granted it is an older bed and not one of the deluxe that you find at the tanning salons but it does it’s job and the bulbs aren’t bad at all...especially for the price

Most people dont know that they get paid waitress wages, so its basically stealing when you dont tip! I always have the best experience here, they are clean, genuinely care, and are also quick!

If you want your hair hacked by some carnival side show with scissors for hands then sure by all means go there, this place charges 16 for a hair cut when they dont even know what a trim is or how to listen to their customers and dont know what 2 inches are and they also dont know how to make anything even, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER DO NOT GO HERE...... since I cant add a new review, well owner your manager wasnt in till today I already called and called the corporate head quarters and they didnt call back, my friend was told she would get it fixed and get her money back, she got it fixed today and got a gift card TO THE COMPANY THAT BUTCHERED HER HAIR, Ill give you a 3 star just because the manager was polite and respectful and did the best she could to my friends hair.....

I have received many haircuts from this place and monica is the worst she did my friends hair and its uneven and shaved where it shouldent be she really does not know her facts about hair care and Angie her haircuts are okay but she talks FOREVER! and she is slow she keeps talking about her daughter and doesent stop and its kind of annoying and nicole is the best one there,but whenb im there i dont get to pick who cuts my hair i would only want nicole but now i will be getting my service else where
