I was looking for a specific car and Chai found exactly what I wanted I fell in love with it. Amazing salesman.

When shopping for a new vehicle you would usually expect to be treated well and greeted when walking into a dealership. If you too would like service when shopping.l, Dont bother shopping here. 5 guys talking in one office others sitting at their desks in theirs. I stood around for a bit and no one wanted to help, or greet. Their lot is pretty much empty by the looks of it. The website shows vehicles in stock, but their sales people arent in a selling mood today. So unfortunately they would up getting the used car I wanted In stock. I worked with Matt lessley, he was very helpful. When I went in to purchase the car, I went into the lot first to look it over. Also was completely ignored by another designer person when I walked towards him, he just kept walking away from me. I went I side found Matt who did help and got me the car. So Matt 5 stars seelye kia -5 stars. I so emailed the general manager about my experience, he never replied.
