I dont know anything about tires other than I need four to make my car go. What I do know is that I like a clean bathroom and lemme tell you the ladies room was clean and stocked with feminine items which was a nice, unexpected touch. Also appreciated the small table to set my things on while I used the restroom.

I had to delay going into work 3 hrs early morning to get a flat tire fixed on my car. I didnt know you needed an appointment for everything, after all this was an emergency. But knowing that I wasnt able to get to work, the gentlemen at Discount Tire were so nice and understanding. They squeezed me in right away and repaired my tire. Great service, great workers, and I recommend them highly!

Go to the Columbia store, not Harper village!!!Worst experience in over 20years of using discount tire. At Harper village by menards I showed up Friday and was told I needed to have an appointment. Proceeded to make an appointment for Monday at 10:30. Show up at 10:20 and get all checked in. At 10:55 I ask about how far behind they are as we have another appointment scheduled at 11:45. The manager says itll be another 45min atleast before they get it in to start. Over an hour past our appointment. Very unprofessional and extremely disappointed. Poor service at this store 2 years ago as well. Tried once more, but no more. Only going to Columbia store. Always great service there.

On the road again. Has issues with a new tire I had installed about two months before. Didnt know I had to make an appointment. They checked it out, added some sit. We knew it was leaking, but had about a three hour wait. We were heading out of state and couldnt wait.

Ive been buying tires from Discount Tire for years. I always leave feeling like I got their full attention, and best deal. On my latest trip I had them fix a hole in my tire from a screw I picked up on the road; the service was free. The only downside was that I had to make an appointment, but that was due to Covid precautions, and being short-handed due to a labor shortage, so no points deducted.

Arrived at 3:45 for a4:30 appt. Did not get my vehicle in till after 6:00 pm to repair a screw in front tire. Will never visit this location again.

Everytime we need tires or service, we come to these guys and girls. I trust their professionalism to be unmatched.

Set up appointment for 1240 they got me in early fixed my tire that had a slow leak and replaced bad lug nuts with a new set for a great price. Was in and out in less than a half hour

Typically love discount tire and would have given 5 stars BUT recently my 16 year old newly licensed driver got a flat right by there and went there for help. They were close to closing so told them they couldnt help him. I understand they have lives and want to leave but leaving a teen there and not helping is inexcusable in my opinion. Thankfully a good samaritan from Bay City drive by and helped him get the spare from under the truck and put it on which is a process on our truck.

Made a 2:30 appointment for a simple TPMS service. After waiting 90 minutes and watching people that arrived after me get service before me I spoke up. Turns out they ignored my appointment and put me on the back burner. They finally got the work done after over 2 hours. A few days later I noticed they had messed up the rotation on the rear tires and had them backwards. I returned to have this fixed but they told me I would have to wait again. Unacceptable they screw up my appointment and i wait then they screw up the job and I wait more. I took my truck home and fixed the mess up myself.

This place is terrible went there with basically with a flat tire and was told it would be 7 hours before they could look at .and I have tire insurance with them I bought ...and the clerk inside didnt care in the future I will go somewhere else to a different discount tire

They did alright, great with sales and speed but picked my truck up with new wheels and tires, all 4 ranging fro 40 to 70psi... I expect more out of a place that specializes in tires 😳🤔Update, I have to keep adding air to all 4 tires, they are making me drop it off for an unknown duration when I can get it there.

Discount Tire always has great prices and great service no matter which location I visit. The team at the Battle Creek garage have always been really great to me, and today is no different. Great service! Had a tire blow on the highway driving from Indiana. Had stopped at another chain that said would be 4-5 hour wait, called another and said would be 2-3 days!! We was back on the road with 4 new tires in under an hour!!

They got me in and out very quickly for a walk-in appointment and they walked me through all the steps of the process without any hidden fees. The man who gave me a brief consultation at the start was very welcoming and polite as he walked me through what the price was going to be.He realized he made a mistake while they were working on it (wrong rim size) and he didnt charge me any extra for the size increase. For being a walk in in was there maybe an hour and half at most so it was pretty speedy service. I love the customer service here as everyone I talk to is super knowledgeable and super friendly. They know what theyre talking about.I highly recommend these guys.

I stopped for some air, they tried hard to upsell me on some tires. I had to get out of my car and go in, masked, to discuss options. I reminded them I was not interested in buying tires. Should have been a quick air refill.

Fast service good place

Had a flat and had to get towed there yesterday. Ended up buying 2 new tire. They had a difficult time getting my tires off. Instead of using heat to help get the lugs off. They beat my rims with a sledgehammer like a red headed step child. They stripped one of my studs on my LR and then the smacking knocked something loose inside my RR drum brake. Never again going to a discount tire.

Worst experience with this location today. Purchased a set of tires 6 months ago for my Tahoe with a military discount, asked for one today and was told they got rid of it last year. The manager couldn’t have acted any more condescending after I asked for it after I asked to price match and him arguing over the metric type indicator on the tire.Lost another customer over a lying manager and poor service from him. The younger guy I first spoke with was awesome but the manager couldn’t have been any more unprofessional in this Interaction. I’ll never return to this store.

The team is practicing safe social distancing measures including wearing masks. As someone who is higher risk, it made me feel a lot more safe going in there.

Quick service, helpful staff. Carry a price range of tires. Do ask about additional fees when pricing tires. I forgot to and they didnt volunteer so there was sticker shock, but still more affordable for what I needed than I found offered elsewhere.

I placed an 8am appointment, I was done at 830.They offered a great and friendly service and didnt try to upsell me. I highly recommend.

Living in Battle Creek Mi, this seems to be the only place in town who cares about getting you back on the road somewhat quickly. Even the other Discount Tire in town doesnt have the same urgency as this one does. Always willing to work with you on finding the best deal/fit for your vehicle and their company wide warranty is beyond generous. Makes you wonder if they dont get taken advantage of more. I also like this location because their customer service is toned down from the other one. The other one has their associates go through a Tires 101 spiel to every customer and you are left to stand in line for a super long time. Its painfully obvious that half the people walking couldnt care less about tread wear and braking distances in varying degrees of coefficients of friction. They just want that one flat fixed and bald treads be damned. So I drive the extra distance to go to this location and not the Columbia one.

Great service! My first time at Discount Tire. I had tire service completed at a different tire location and my wheels were not balanced. I drove to Battle Creek with a very shaky car. I did not feel safe to drive back home like that and stopped in to have it checked. Discount tire got me in right away, and gave me a great deal. I would highly recommend going here. Fast, efficient. Doesnt matter which Discount Tire you go to in Battle Creek, you will always get great service! I have been taking my vehicles there since they opened here. The best place to go for tires, you get a warranty they replace the tires if theres a problem. Always been happy with my tires, rims, and the guys that work there.

Generally there good but last time I went in the kid I spoke to didnt know where my tires that I had in storage were. I asked a bunch of questions but you could tell he didnt care by his short answers. It was obvious he was just trying to get me out the door. Im in here now waiting for over an hour on a simple flat! I came in before work I was careful to show up early enough so they could fix my tire and Id be able to get to work on time but Im still here. The kicker is one costumer was in here and they didnt get any work done! End of story dont come here for costumer service.

The only place I could get to help with locking lug nuts. They got me right in and got them all off!

They got me in and for trailer tires fast, but three hours into the trip to Tennessee, the trailer got a flat from a rim leak.

This is a great place to go. they have really friendly staff who are willing to help you & make sure your needs are met. they dont try to cheat you out of prices & are willing to work with you. cant emphasize enough on how friendly & helpful the staff up front is. even the guys working in the bays are very polite.

Jordan, Jesse and Julian all did a great job making sure I was taken care of. Had a slight issue with one of my wheels not balancing correctly. Jordan pulled me into the shop and showed me the slightly damaged wheel preventing them from balancing the tire correctly. Explained exactly what was done and made sure all parts were returned to me once work was completed.

Had a flat tire on our trailer. Stopped in and got the wheel put on new tire and back on the road in under an hour! Great service and friendly people. Thanks.

Tried to sell me new tires when I just had a safety check at a dealership and they said the tires were good still. Jackson store is much better. They told me that the mileage was too high to rebalance the tires I had bought from them previously. I know from personal experience you can balance any Tire. Long-time customer.

Very poor service today. First of all it took a while for one of the workers to come out. Next they told me that they thought another car was in the bay, dont think they checked. Was there 10 minutes waiting to have the air checked in my tires.

These guys fixed my quad tire at no charge! It had a screw in the tire and they patch it and fixed the rust near the bead. Will be buying my tires from there in the future.

Ive had mixed results over the years. On several occasions they could not beat another locations price. Sometimes, not even able to get within $100 and would try to sell me a different set of wheels or tires, in order to have a competitive price. Also had a new tire with less than 100 miles on it brought in for flat repair. Told me it could not be fixed and quoted me an inflated price for a replacement tire. Took the same tire to another location and it was fixed without a problem. The actual work they do is quality work ad far as mounting and balancing is concerned.

Very nice that they repaired the hole in my truck tire for free and they took the time to check it out closely for wear. They also gave me the choice of whether I wanted the spare back under my truck or in the bed

The staff at this location is outstanding!!! I have had minor issues at other locations so this is the only one I will go to. I was recently having issues with corroded wheels and was told this was a temporary fix. Of course I let them go a little too long for 2 reasons, 1) i couldnt find any wheels i loved and 2) i guess temporary fix in my mind was years, lol. Julian called multiple vendors and finally got my the perfect replacement wheel, and they got me in and changed them out right away once they came in. Hands down best customer service here!!!

Extremely busy with walk-ins already in service. Was quoted a wait time of 90 minutes but was assured my vehicle would be priority over those not scheduled. I was frustrated but understood. To my delight, my vehicle was done in 30 minutes! Very greatful!!!

I purchased 4 tires even though 2 had to be retrieved from another store, they were fast. We grabbed a bite an got back as they pulled my vehicle out. They also replaced a pressure battery free. Very helpful with my questions on rebates...FYI only problem web says you can pay with PayPal but you cant there. Only online then have tires sent to you and you bring tires there to be put on. If tires are sent directly to them they refuse delivery. ...this peeved me a little I was planning on paying over time ended up applying for their card to a get 6 months plan, PayPal is longer.
