Called several times stated would let me know next week next week phone rings as fax line. Lady was very nice when I could speak with her. FYI I got repaired at feeds and it was done ASAP. Really Nicks might be a good shop can not say . Never gat a call back

Twice Ive been towed to Nicks. Initially I needed a battery which was done quickly and effectively. The second time was my fault. I had been hospitalized and didnt start my car on the coldest day and it drained the battery completely dead. Nicks did something called a 24 hour drip and my car ran good as new. The front office is kind and works with you and they offer very fair pricing. Overall Im very satisfied with my experiences with Nicks.

Had a window switch installed and has never worked right since and he wouldnt back up his work! His switch his work, should have made it right. Had other work done before with no complaint but since I wasnt satisfied with window switch now they refuse to do anymore work for me. Not a very good way to do business but thats fine plenty of other shops will be glad to take my money!!

Great people, great service. The owner and his wife were more than friendly and accommodating. We were in dire straits. Camping at Yankee Springs, our explorer developed serious issues. We were stuck and NO ONE within a 30 mile radius would help us. Every repair shop was booked solid into the following week. Nick understood our plight and slipped us in first thing the next day. A true God send. Thank you Nick.

Takes advantage of elderly. My 75 year old uncle had his transmission replaced recently. Cost $900 for the transmission but somehow it cost an additional $800 just to have it installed. I know personally it doesn’t take much to drop and old transmission and install a new one when you have the equipment. Which this shop obviously does. Certainly not $800 work of labor when you have the equipment to do it. $900 i can understand. But $1700 for a Subaru forester is robbery.

Good shop. They do excellent work, but the demand far exceeds the supply. Expect a few day wait, but youll get high quality work.

Had a great experience. They are honest and knowledgeable people that do great work. We chose Nicks because of the google reviews and are happy to have found someone to continue to give business to.

Route truck blew a brake line 70miles from home. Nicks was the only shop that would take me on such short notice, took me longer to find a shop that would do it than it took them to make the repair. Great service and in and out in under 30 minutes. Thanks again guys, would recommend to anybody.
