Paper receipts in 2021 are a pet peeve of mine. Glad advantage is with it on the tech side. Will definitely use again.

I was really impressed on how fast Chris responded to my call, especially mid-day on a Friday. I really didnt think anyone would be able to come out for a few days and he was out within an hour or so. He even sent me a text to let me know he was on his way, which was greatly appreciated. We have used Chris in the past and he is a good service technician, but the review her has to do with his approach to masks and (not) wearing one correctly. While Chris did a good job to come on time and inspect our furnace, here is my experience with mask. I met him outside, wearing my mask. He came out of his truck not wearing a mask, asked me if he had to wear one (yes) and when he wore one he wore it with nose exposed, I asked him to wear it properly; which he did, until a few minutes in, where while inside the house he reverted to the nose exposed. At that point I did let it go, because I am not going to argue with you Chris and it was towards the end of the service call. But you were asked directly to wear a mask and did not respect your customer, if anything else. Your beliefs about how COVID spreads are irrelevant. Your customer asked you to do something and you simply ignored it.

This was the fastest response to a service call I have ever received. I called Chris at 2:00PM to let him know my air wasn’t working and I was sweating and just couldn’t take it. Although he was completely booked for the next two days, he said he would do his best to try and help me even if it meant coming to the house after hours. Chris showed up to my house before it was 3:00PM! Never ever has any repair service been so prompt! He was professional, polite and immediately remedied the situation within 5 minutes! This was the best customer service and repair I have ever seen! Almost makes up for all the times I have been sitting around the house waiting during a 4-5 hour block for a repair company to show up, only for them having to reschedule because of poor scheduling or issues on their side! If you need service or have any HVAC issues, do not think twice. Do yourself a favor and CALL CHRIS IMMEDIATELY!

Like many of the positive reviews, this company does not disappoint in the quality of install, product offerings, competitive price point, and professional courtesy and friendliness. The installation was clean. For example, they didnt just tie in to the most convenient gas and electrical hook-up spots, they took the extra time and effort to insure all space was maximized and connections were tight and tidy. Even brought their own broom and dust pan. This company is very conscientious of their environment, keeping the work site tidy and doing the job right. I can assure you that the owner and crew are sincere in making sure you are satisfied with the outcome and they take the time to answer your questions. Patient, informative, professional and kind. We didnt have heat only cold air was blowing through the vents. Chris came in and figured out the problem and we now have heat blowing through the vents.

I have used Advantage Heating & Cooling for 2 years now. I have in total purchased a Central Air Unit and two Furnaces. I also have a standing order for the installation of a second Central Air unit when the weather allows for the proper installation. I have yet to have any issues with my new equipment and the installation process was painless. Chris goes out of his way to ensure the floors are draped in cloths, work mess is cleaned up and the installation is done right the first time. I have had great response times in getting quotes. I was given a range of options to choose from and Chris helped me choose the right solution with no pressure nor up-selling. Since I have had nothing but the best service I will be looking to have Chris install a Water Heater I was looking to replace. Chris installed a new HVAC system in our attic in the Spring. Unfortunately we had issues with the pan leaking/overflowing and air flow distribution. Chris was always available to work to try and correct the problem. After several appointments to try and fix the pan overflow issue, he discovered the company had been having issues with this type of pan and immediately ordered a replacement. He then was able to address the air flow distribution and our system works great! The reason I want to share this experience is because of Chris and his professionalism for handling the situation. Called in on a holiday weekend with no heat. They were quick and efficient. Explained the problem and it was fixed as quick as could be.

They were very polite and helpful. They came in and quoted many different options for our new furnace and ac unit. They were not pushy or forceful towards any of the options. All of the options were fairly priced and had great rebate offers.

Called Advantage Heating and Cooling about a furnace problem that I was having with a furnace they installed new that was less than a year old. I asked about the warranty and they said it was a year for parts and labor. However, they said it was going to be $240 for a service call. I feel this type of service call fee is ridiculous, especially for a new furnace that was less than a year old. I will not use these scammers again!

I called Advantage after seeing the reviews here on Google. It was a good choice. Chris stopped out promptly, finished the repair/maintenance work fast, and was very informative and attentive to any questions that I asked throughout the process. He worked on the old/original furnace that exists in my home and gave me estimates on what I would be looking at if I did decide to replace it with a more efficient model in the future. I would call Chris/Advantage again and would gladly recommend him to anyone looking for a respectable Contractor.

I had the absolute worst customer service from the Tech Chris. I was working with my home warranty company and they needed to speak to the tech. He told me my home warranty was a joke and they would have him on the phone for a long time with alot of paperwork. He asked me where I was going to come up with the money and that he refused any funds from the warranty company. He didnt want to work with me, was too busy and wanted to know where my money was coming from. Absolutely hands down the worst customer service I have ever had. I would never call this place again. Please see his response below, confirmation on what Im taking about.

Arrived very quickly, though there were two more jobs ahead of us. (Stayed to fix it, even though 10 dead rodents were discovered in the furnace! YUCK!!) Very quick to replace the motor, took the time to check over the major parts, even fixed a small leak in the condenser. Personable, friendly service. Fair price as far as I could tell, though I had no other quotes for comparison. (With all the positive reviews, I suspect the one negative one is likely from someone with a personal grudge, not an actual customer. Based on this experience, my first with this business, I cant imagine a scenario like that one occurring. The repairman has most parts in his van for immediate repairs, no ordering parts, etc.)

Our family had a very good experience with Chris. He came out promptly after being contacted about furnace issues. After initial inspection he kept in good contact and was clear with his expections of when and how the work would be completed. Once he had the parts he was finished within 2 hours of starting the repairs. The service cost was also half what others wanted when we called around. With windchills well below zero and young children we could not be more appreciative of the work that was done.
