Been here since 9:45 to get airbag and shock replace didnt have neither part. They ordered the airbag took 2.5hrs to put on then had to order the shock. The bad thing about it is this the 2nd truck I had to bring here in a week. Slow n unprofessional. Looking for any other truck rentals with 26ft box with lift gate. Wouldnt even give them 1 star but thats the only way I can post.

The place you never have to go. Estimate will take 1.5 day. Body 4-5 day. If you look additional job, take your vacation here. I meet 1 box truck driver he been here 3rd time in one month. You see mechanics but you dont see that much truck fixed, when you compare to other Ryder.

By far the most professional truck rental company in the world.
Great customer service.The rates are just high 184 $ for one day use and the truck couldnt go over 59mph without shaking really bad. Uhaul is half the price from previous experience, their customer service just isnt as good .

Parking needs to be smoothed out
Worst rental place in the nation. I rented a daycab and 200 miles later on of the old recap tires had a blowout. The roadside guy said it was an old and aboused tire, a month later Ryder charged me 450 dollar said it was my fault. I guess all tires are paid by unlucky renters like me. Never again Ryder.
They need to work on their customer service I was there one time and it took him 30 minutes put on one for mud flap
