I was a little apprehensive to use them when I saw the reviews, but they came recommended by my neighbor. I’m so glad I did! The crew were polite and friendly. When they cut the trees down the yard looked like a tornado had come through! They came back the next day and hauled off every log, every branch, raked the stragglers and used a leaf blower on our driveway to clear away the random leaves, sticks and sawdust. They even put hung our hammock back up! We were very impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail.

They did work in my neighborhood yesterday. Upon leaving the left tons of debris everywhere. Parked the equipment and other debris taking a parking spaces in already packed a lot and blocking walkways. They have zero concern for the area and people who live where they work.

A vehicle involving Capital City Tree care, driven by Mr. David Hymel, was involved in an accident with my car on 4 December, 2012. Mr. Keynon Neames witnessed the accident and assured that his insurance company will look into the accident. However, the accident was reported to his insurance company only on January 2, 2013 (by me). And it has been more than 2 months since the accident was reported and there is no response from Capital City Tree Care. Lastly, since past one month their insurance company, Southern States General, has stopped returning calls.This was my experience with the Capital City Tree Care which involved its owner as a witness.
