I have not used this company to trim any trees but they trimmed some trees for my neighbors. In the process of doing work for my neighbor the company’s truck did some damage to my driveway. I brought it to the attention of the owner and he was very apologetic. He said he would pay to fix the concrete and he delivered on his promise. I would recommend this company to anyone.

This was the second company I had set an appointment with to get a quote on removal of a fallen branch in my live oak that is hanging above my roof who just didn’t show. I had to schedule them (for just a quick 15 minute visit by someone who is able to say the job will cost X and we can do it on Y date) roughly a week out because their availability did not mesh well with my work schedule- I would say this means they’re under staffed. The reason for the 1 star is because the morning of the appointment I got a call that they were not going to be by and would be able to reschedule for another week later, because more lucrative work had come up.I literally just needed someone to set up a date as long as the service was within my budget. They threw me away. So I’m leaving them a 1 star review. May have excellent results when they actually do what they say they will but hiring them is impossible.

Amazing pruning of live oak. No doubt about it—they know the most when it comes to live oaks. They are not inexpensive but worth every penny. Crew is wonderful and so caring and loving when it comes to these gorgeous trees.

Our century old live oak tree behind our home was a neglected treasure but Dave has nurtured it over about the past seven years and it is once again a flourishing majestic beauty. We have never had the opportunity to discuss it, but he must be extraordinarily dedicated to our environment, our culture and the protection of our natural resources, because he treats his work as if it were a vocation. He helps you understand what care is important and has even told us ‘no you don’t need fertilizer this year.’ It’s all about our tree’s longevity and health, and we appreciate his attention and ability to beautify our landscape and perpetuate what we value.

The service for Bayou Tree Service was outstanding. Dave came out to meet with me, explained the pros and cons of how to deal with my tree removal and provided a clear quote for the service. The crew that came out to do the work was on-time, professional and did a great job. One of the trees they had to remove was tall and in a spot where they couldnt get any heavy equipment to it, but they were able to take it down in pieces without damaging my landscaping or fence. Bayou Tree didn’t do a job for me, it was actually for the subdivision across the street from me. I have been noticing different crews working the subdivision over a 4 year time frame and the way people work together and foremen. A crew from Bayou Tree came out to remove some trees at this development site. These 3 guys were AWESOME the boss didn’t just show his crew what trees to remove and leave. This boss communicated with his crew and worked with his crew, he seemed to be the type of boss people dream of working for and his crew seem to appreciate this as well. This crew seemed to enjoy their job and took pride in their work. This crew seem to work so well together like a hand in glove, like they have been working together for years. When this crew was finished the whole area they worked to remove the trees was cleared, except for some saw dust, there wasn’t a sign of a tree, and they clean up like you wouldn’t believe. As an observer, I say this because they didn’t work for me, but for the developer of the subdivision, if these guys are a reflection of Bayou Tree, then Bayou Tree is also AWESOME.

The Bayou Tree crew came to grind down some large clumps of bamboo that were impinging on a fence. They were prompt, professional, and did a great job.

My oak tree looks amazing!! My neighbor told me he loves to walk by my house now just to look at how beautiful my oak tree is after Bayou Tree Service cleaned it out. I am so happy with the service and the work. I called on a Friday to have someone come give me an estimate for the work. David actually came on Sunday to look at the work that needed to be done. I had an estimate on Monday. I will definitely use Bayou Tree Service again. They also ground out three tree stumps in my backyard. You cannot tell where the stumps were. They cleaned up everything and hauled it away. There was no evidence any tree work had been done. I highly recommend David and his team at Bayou Tree Service.

The owner, Dave, came to my house at 3:00pm to give me a quote and his team was back the next morning to have everything done within 2 hours. The best and easiest process with these guys. Definitely recommend and will use again

I began using Bayou Tree Service back in 2014 and was so impressed with their knowledge and quality of work, I have only hired Bayou Tree Service since! Just a few weeks ago, my large oak tree needed a trim and once again it was a great job!!

A tree fell on our home on a Saturday and within about 45 minutes David was out here with recommendations on how to proceed in a situation not familiar to us. Within two-three hours he had a crew assembled, a large crane, a wood chipper, stump grinder, and worked hard until the job was done! Even put a tarp over the damaged roof and called the city to notify them of a cracked pipe needing repair. Highly recommend. Guided us through the whole process! Excellent service!

Bayou Tree Service removed a bald cypress from our front yard that had started to damage our neighbors buried plumbing. They were prompt and worked with breathtaking efficiency, and they left our yard looking better than it was when they started.
