To me, a company who provides good customer service should be applauded, especially in this day and age. I am doing just that for Tiger Shredding. My business is in Sulphur and I sent an inquiry to their company and within a week all my documents were out of my building. I tried a local company to no avail - Tiger Shredding comes to my area every day so to me it was a win-win! Highly recommend them.

I called Tiger Shredding for a price on disposing of some old hard drives that we had in the warehouse. He offered the best price and then came to pick them up. That was EASY!! I have to say, that mobile shredding truck is pretty cool. Watching those hard drives get destroyed was kinda cool. Im very happy with my service and Id recommend Tiger Shredding to any business who wants to protect their clients information.

The truck showed up, unannouced. He was asked to stay 5-10 minutes, while we tried to get our warehouse unlocked for him. He left 3 minutes later, not letting us know. Never heard back from Tiger. When I called to reschedule, the lady that answered the phone was very argumentative. We are going with another company.

This company is very clean, competent and secure. They handled my shredding for me promptly and were very friendly.

Brought three boxes of paper to be shredded, one was the size of a shoe box. They charged by the number of boxes you bring in. Total ripoff. They should charge by the pound, the number of boxes is irrelevant.

Find someone else. It is a hassle dealing with them.

Woman called me with an attitude talking bout Im not gonna like they pay and said goodbye and hung up
