I have used Secure Shredding both at my last job and now currently with my new employer. We have always been satisfied with their service and their employees. We have requested special pickups several times and they have always done their best to make sure we are taken care of and kept us informed along the way. I’ve visited this business for years and typically never have issues. On each occasion I’ve recorded my items being shredded as I watch but on my most recent visit as I proceeded to record some random guy who I assume is management reprimanded the administrative clerk in front of me telling her that I couldn’t record. This was to her surprise and mine and seemed more like he was just having a bad day versus an actual rule.I understand if others documents were in view but it was only mine and he wasn’t the nicest about it. Won’t be visiting again.

I was greatly satisfied with their service. Have an off site storage unit. The driver calls when he is on the way, so you can meet. Drops the bin and works with you on when he should return. In my case, the driver even went out of his way to come back earlier to pick up the bin, avoiding a next day pick up. No doubt, I will use them again.
