Our experience so far has been excellent with Red Stick. Ross has made and fitted a new leg for my brother to help him walk again. My brother is a new BTK amputee and everyone there was courteous and encouraging as he begins this new journey in his life.

Horrible experience. Ordered shoes in August. They had to reorder in October but only because I was checking. My shoes were in for a month and no one ever called me. I just happened to call to check. Will never do business with them again and will let my doctor know what happened.

My doctor sent me to this place and Red Stick took my insurance info and my insurance took care of my visit. All Red Stick did was give me a brace and they send me a bill for $1401.00. These people re a rip off and Im not the 1st person its happen to. You guys should be ashamed.

I would NOT recommend anyone to this business! My doctor sent me here for a custom orthotic brace and it took all of 6 weeks for me to receive it. Very unprofessional office staff! I had to call my own insurance company for authorization because they were supposedly unable to do so. Which caused a delay in the process of getting my brace. Had I not called about a status update I wouldnt have known to call my own insurance company. An office staff member was very very rude and even hung up in my face during a phone conversation!
