Im feeling a good bit disappointed by, what I am assuming are, inaccurate storytime details listed on the Lulu & Bean website.I arrived at Lulu & Bean at 9:25 am to spend Valentines Day morning at storytime with my son. The store was closed and no signage was posted indicating a change in schedule. I visited the Lulu & Bean website to check that I had the correct date (2nd Thursday of each month). No change of schedule was posted on the site. No one answered the phone listed for contact and the voicemail box for the line is not setup.Its frustrating that this is the start of my sons first Valentines Day. Hopefully Lulu & Bean will improve communications regarding this event moving forward.

Super cute shop with amazing customer service to back it up! They have baby/kids resale, but also new boutique clothing, accessories, toys and gifts. (And a train table to entertain the kids while you shop! My kids ask to go to “the train table store” haha) They do embroidery and monogramming too. They have the best selection of designs and can customize anything. I’m always browsing their fonts or asking for suggestions, and they come up with the cutest ideas! They have a great Instagram too.

The staff is really nice and they have many good toys, books and clothes for kids. More than the similar store we used to visit next to Trader J. We bought some nice purple and gold bow for our friends daughters. And they love them!

Friendly and helpful staff. They place a heavy emphasis on customer satisfaction.
