I just went to this store for the first time and pick up a vouchers for my 2 boys. The nice older lady was very nice, polite, patient, helpful with my and my boys. That means alot.

I have came to them for years for my sons school uniforms. They always know exactly where everything is, good quality items and everything you could possibly need. I’ll continue to use them for my sons uniforms as well as my daughters once she is old enough.

I went here for uniform shirts & embroidery services for my toddler. When I walked in, I was greeted & helped right away. The entire staff is very polite & patient. & my embroidery was PERFECT!! I will definitely continue business w this store.

These ppl do beautiful work but my 1 star rating is because the customer service is def lacking. I had to remind one of their employees today that it’s not wise to try & get an attitude or be smart with people who are spending money in your store keeping you open lol. She then said I didn’t have to be rude but I was simply matching her energy. Don’t be rude & think you’re not gonna get it back! I also don’t like how they are letting 2 ppl in the store at a time not for Covid concerns but bc they’re worried about ppl stealing from them. Which is understandable but I don’t shop at places like this.

I love this store. Everyone is so helpful and kind! We went almost at closing and they were still willing to go the extra mile and make sure my daughter had the right size. Great quality of shirts AND monogram! They had a couple shirts already made and I placed an order for next day pick up! They were ready and no wait! I would highly recommend this store!!

Consumers, you should seriously think twice about shopping at ANY store that refuse to offer an exchange or refund. Based on my observations, stores such as Hair Crown, Fashion Era, and other store owners of this nature, make a habit of violating shoppers consumer rights. Louisianians, please utilize and exercise your buying-power by shopping at stores who will respect you as the Consumer.

Mrs. Serita and her family at Fashion Era are very helpful and efficient!!!!! They made shirts for our church group. They were professional and made the shirts in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone and will return in the future.

They dont do Refunds and they dont tell you that before you buy anything from them never again will I shop here!!!!! And they items are too expensive!!!!! Will not shop here again!!!! So on today 09/25/16. I went into their store and they asked me to take my review down first of all I can say whatever I want.. Secondly I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you buy something make sure its the correct size and proper item because they Do not do Refunds...... Sad place of business..... Then they want to talk to people any kind of way.... Bad place of Business..... Think twice before spending your money there.......

Ive made several trips to this store over the last two months in preparation for the 2019-2020 school year. I can honestly say- the employees are very knowledgeable of the fabrics- very precise when it comes to sizes, variety of styles, prices are reasonable(everyone loves a great deal). Even though the store is crowded- its crowded with items I needed for my daughter. I did not need to look down the aisle for the garments the store associates did it with no problem and with smiles on their faces. I would recommend this business to any parent searching for any particular school emblem and/or uniform size. I do not know the older ladys name (always behind the register) you are an inspiration as a business owner. Nothing was good about this store. Clothes, boxes, and other things were unorganized around the store. The shirts we bought from here, size medium, really fit like a large, possibly an extra large. The store would not refund the shirts, nor would they exchange the shirts in which the receipt states they would within 7 days. Please do not visit, or buy from this store. You can easily find a much better store. Also the cashier made nasty remarks when attempting to return the shirts.

I tried to return a red polo uniform shirt that bled onto and ruined my other clothing and owner would not even consider an exchange to a different brand shirt. She was rude and accused me of washing it improperly. I had my receipt and tags. I will never, never, NEVER buy anything else from Fashion Era again!

The lady have a really bad attitude and she was rude and it took over a week to do our shirts.

There are no returns. Period. Flat out stated no returns, only store credit. And got feeling if attempted to return even for store credit it would not be well received. I turned around and left.

Their policy sucks they need to change the words on the receipt no exchange on logo polo shirt not just on the door cause if someone was to buy shirts for someone else and they dont fit u r out of luck cant change the size of the shirt and no refund
