Professional, fast and very secure. Never had a problem in 12 years of membership. I feel very secure with this bank.
Ive been a CFCU member since I was an LSU student many years ago, and Ive never regretted my membership or been tempted to take my business elsewhere. The employees are polite and highly competent, and the rates and fees are hard to beat. And, yes, you really do feel like youre part of a family when you do your banking here.
I cant use my atm card for the second time its very frustrating.Im highly agitated b/c when you expect results and none...I usually would be all for a five star rating.Not this time..Im disgusted because the problem was supposed to be fix and not..This isnt good. At 8am I was able to speak live with Ronelle who encouraged me to come inside to correct atm situation.That is why I like banking with CFCU..
Very helpful staff, with personalized service. Being a member of this credit union is like being in a large family. I wouldnt bank anywhere else.
Terrible bank. Was trying to help the union out and support local credit unions, but it’s always a terrible experience here. Always have problems. It’s always jumping through hoops to get anything done here. Unusual time delays, long verification process, unnecessary fees, simple things like endorsement of a check they seem to not understand. Of course, I’m sure they have their reasons for doing things, but my experiences at other banks have been far more pleasant. So glad to be closing my account and leaving.
It’s a terrible bank, if you’re looking for easy customer service and a good bank this is not for you. The customer service agents are rude and not helpful, I even had one hang up on me during an inquiry. The banking experience is equally as bad not only is it difficult to transfer money domestically and internationally it’s a hassle to maintain. Please don’t bother stressing yourself over this credit union because clearly they aren’t doing a great job.
