Is it normal for customers to be asked to stand on a line, remove their mask, and look at the camera in the entry way? If it’s a part of COVID-19 protocol, I’m fine with it. However, I’ve visited the branch located in the LSU Student Union several times since the start of the pandemic and have never been asked this before. I just want to be sure that I wasn’t racially profiled.
