I could not say enough good things about Zanellas!! Theyre the absolute best! I went to the one by Perkins Rowe. I didnt realize HOW great this place was till I moved out of state and tried other waxing salons. I have yet to find one that even comes close to Zanellas. The atmosphere is so unique, fun, and relaxing. They are very professional, which is incredibly important! They know what theyre doing. Haley is great! Im a big baby when it comes to getting a wax. She kept me talking, so my mind wasnt on the pain as much. I would absolutely recommend Zanellas to anyone. Makes me wanna come back home to BR for my waxes.

Went to Zanellas today and had an appointment with Erica (the owner) for my first ever Brazilian wax! She was amazing at what she does and made the experience seem like a breeze. Never an awkward moment (who would have thought?)! It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs any type of wax. If they can make a womans first Brazilian a fantastic experience, then they can do just about anything!

Edit- December 2018 I spoke with the owner who assured me that what happened previously would not happen again. My concerns were addressed and I gave them another chance. My eyebrows look great and I appreciate the hands on approach from the owner.I used to love this place. I only worked with one tech because she always did my eyebrows correctly. She listened to me and actually remembered details about my life. One time I needed my waxing done but she was out for a bit so I tried another lady. Horrible. My eyebrows were uneven and I had to even them myself at home. She also rushed me out the door. I decided to only use the other tech. There were a few times I gave the other woman another chance because my schedule didnt sync with my primary waxer. Same result. She seemed rushed and my eyebrows wouldnt be how I asked (even showed a picture). A few months afterwards they let her go and hired someone else. I decide to give them another try. This time, it was the newer person they hired. This woman waxed my eyebrow in the same spot 5 times! It hurt so badly! The next day the spot was crusted over with a scab from my skin being ripped off. My eyebrows were also extremely uneven. I called and complained and they made the excuse that she was new but I could get a credit for my next visit. I have not been back since.

I love this place and Hannah (and Megan =) so much that I continually go back every 4 weeks. They make it extremely comforable and as easy as waxing can be. My service is always super quick and right to the chase. I even commute from central to the middle of Baton Rouge just to use them on a regular basis.
