I had a standing 4:45 appointment for months l. They changed my appointment time without confirming with me if I was even available for the time they changed it to. I drove 40 mins after a long day at work to be told we can’t see you at the time you scheduled but we can see you at the time we scheduled you for. Like what?! If I was available at that time I would have scheduled that time.

Ive been a customer of Wink for 5 years and Im not going anywhere else. During the Covid-19 shut down my eyebrows became hideous. I was so glad when I received a phone call stating they were back open in Baton Rouge. Brenda did my brows but Derek is also a beast. Ive had a chance to get other services and I love them all. My daughters love it here. We always feel welcome. Its good to know your technicians know your name. Im looking forward to many more years .

I went on Saturday, March 7, 2020. I got my eyebrows thread. Trice made them look nice but she cit the thread with her teeth, started off WAY above my eyebrows start, cut my eyebrow several times, and broke almost 10 pieces of thread. For some reason, the area around where she worked hurt today. I wouldnt go back or recommend my friends/family to go.

I love this place. The atmosphere is great. I love the eye shadows and recommend them to everyone. The service is always great every time Im there. I have been coming for years and never had a bad experience. I recommend everyone to visit this store. Wish they had more locations.

I have been getting lash extensions from Wink for 6 months, as well as a variety of their services including brow fills, waxes, and makeovers. I use their mineral shadows for my bold eye looks, and before I got lash extensions I was a heavy user of their mink lashes. I loveeee the mink lashes (Savage is my favorite)! I’ve been getting the same services at the new New Orleans location (closer to home for me), and I will say that the services are just as great at the new store.They are my favorite make-up store! Customer service is great at both locations, and I will forever be a Wink client!

I’d previously had pleasant experiences here but after yesterday, I won’t be returning.If the technician did not understand how I wanted my brows, she could’ve asked clarifying questions. They are uneven, have no “arch” because she shaped them into a straight line, & she shaved off the ends.I probably should have run the moment she tried to apply wax after I expressly said several times that I needed my brows razored AND had the audacity to debate me about what service I asked for.I think the true sting comes in the indignation and attitude. Comments like, “you told me you wanted wax”, “I didn’t even take off that much”, “well, what do you want me to do to fix it?”, or “they look even to me” was insult to injury. The remedy she offered was “at this point you just have to let them grow back in”.I asked was their a supervisor available to which she smugly replied, “Speaking”Sis, I get it. You live for these kinds of moments- however, being a supervisor made your behavior that much more deplorable. Had you just been a technician or better yet, a new one, I probably could have been calm enough to let this be your teachable moment. But as a supervisor, more is expected. You missed the mark on this one and it reflects poorly on your facility.I asked for the next tier of mamangement and was given no info other than “I text her so she gone call you today.” Didn’t happen. So here we are.

They are always so sweet and helpful. I am trying to get more into makeup, and one of the ladies to take the time out to teach me different techniques. My eyebrows are always perfect when I leave there.

This is a great environment to be in. The place is beautiful and the people are very kind that work there. The lady who did my lashes was very informative about the service that I was about to receive. This was my first time there and my experience wasnt good at all. Customer Service and professionalism should be top priority when having a business. The lady at the front was very rude and unprofessional, on top of that did my lashes and put the lashes on top of my skin and added to much glue to the point people could see and was telling me. This is so embarrassing. Im sure not everyone there is like this. It would be a good idea for name tags so credit is given where it is due, that way i couldf asked for someone with more experience. I got them put in and took them out the same day this is ridiculous, waste of time and money.

The only reason this review is even getting a single star is because the girl that did my lashes was so sweet, but everything and I mean EVERYTHING else was so terrible. The place looks funky (not in a cool quirky sense of the word), it smelt weird (I would expect it to smell like a spa or some sort of good fragrance as most of these places do), and my lashes look like nothing even happened and I was in that place for an hour and a half. I got a lash lift and tint in hopes of not having to wear mascara on the daily, however, when she handed me a mirror and showed them to me it looked like nothing even happened...I made a comment that I expected that they’d be curled higher, considering I can get them significantly curled/longer looking with my eyelash curler at home and she said “oh well I used the medium curl because I thought it’d look bad if I used the other one because they would’ve practically been touching your eyebrow” ummmmmm that’s exactly what I paid $85 for them to do 😑. I didn’t say anything to her because I didn’t want to hurt her feelings as she had been so nice, but I think that should be MY decision, not hers. What a waste of money and time.

I have been calling for two days to make an appointment. The first time I called the system was down and one was suppose to call me back. I called the next day and the system was still down. I can understand that since they are relocating. I called back three more time and each time I was on hold, for several minutes. Rude and unprofessional So, the fourth time I called to my surprise I asked for the manager. You wont believe that was the manager that kept putting me on hold. She never said sorry for making you hold. So needless to say Im taking my business to Urban Lashes, they appreciate the customers.

Wink has really gone down. Visited here today 11/7/19. Got a wax & eyebrows filled in. The girl Kae filled my eyebrows in & they were so dark .. I told her don’t worry about it & she act like she got mad that I didn’t like them !! I try to support them but I just can’t. Will not patronize with them ever again.

Let me tell you, it was was my first and last time coming to this place, you guys need to hire better people to do full face makeovers, the blonde hair girl dont even know how do put eyeliner on, then the wing she gave me was so uneven, I just wanted to tell her just take the whole makeup application off my face, but I had a wedding to go too. They just need to stick to what they do best and that is eyelashes and eyebrows. People dont even waste your time coming to this place for a full face makeover, just get your eyebrows done and your lashes done and bounce...............My Cousin could have done my damn face and she is 8

Went and got individual lanes done. When they were finished they looked very nice and I was pleased. Less than 24 hours later I had a gap and they looked as though they would fall off. I went back and got them repaired. The next day a piece fell off I’m not sure if it’s the glue they use or the technique but I Won’t be going back atleast for the individuals. What’s the point of getting them if they won’t last?

I gave 2 stars bc I like The atmosphere,and the person who put my lashes on she was cool. but my lashes the Individual ones,I will wipe my face not even hard or just sleep not wild bc you kno you dnt wanna mess them up.. but baby when I tell u they was just coming off with my real lashes.. I’m like ohh no.. so I go back and get the strips bc now I feel like I need them bc my lashes not full and I had a gap where my hair had Came out of my eyelashes.. so long story short I got the stripes the same day my left eyelash came off mind you I didn’t even wipe my face and I didn’t go to sleep.. I dnt have the time to keep going up there..so I guess I won’t be going back..

The worst experience every me and myFriend went in for the first time the onlyGood thing was the wait wasnt as long but as i was getting my lashes put on my eyes was watering up I mean I cant start that from happening so he starts to get mad when I go to the Chinese ppl my eyes water up and its no problem with them putting my lashes on but anyways he finally gets done and theNext morning when i wake up there hanging off my face I called and talked to the manager they dont give refund but they do have a 48 hr policy so I can come back and get them fixed or repaired so I goes back and another person does them she took forever I jus knew they was gone be messed up again and she called herself securing them they putting eyelash glue at the top of my eyelid well when I woke up the next morning guess what by her putting they glue on top of the eyelashes the eyelashes was curved and they was sticking straight up to high then they should be and the corner of them was coming up I will never ever go back to that place idk what kind of glue they use but it dont work and they dont know what theyre doing.

Do not waste your money on eyelash extensions here. 1 hour after it was done the lashes started coming out.
