My iphone Xr screen was shattered. i contacted Berts about his prices and time of repair. his prices were beyond reasonable and he completed the job in roughly 20 minutes! satisfied!

Im disappointed with the service. I was not sure about a case and asked if I could return it if it didnt work and was told yes. I picked up 2 cases before Christmas and when I went in after Christmas to return one of them was told that they dont accept returns.They showed me signs posted on the counter to the far right. The consumer is far too busy to read all the things posted on the store counters; especially the items are to the far right. They need to put an ALL Sales FINAL notice in red letters and even the receipt.I really cant think of a business that doesnt want to satisfy its customers or do returns. So un-American!

I got my iPhone 8 repaired this morning for only $65!!! It only took the girl 15 minutes to fix it. I’ve had it repaired before at other places an it seemed like it took up my entire afternoon! Thank you for the quick an friendly repair

DECEITFUL AND FRAUDS. My experience here started terrible from the beginning. I brought my phone here due to a shattered iPhone screen. They said they could easily replace it. I was asked if I wanted to pay for an aftermarket screen for $100 (they claimed it was not very good) or an apple screen for $200. I chose the apple screen. Within 2 weeks the screen started going black and not working at random times. I brought it back at the 3 weeks mark. They pointed out a small scratch on the screen and said the warranty was voided but that it could be replaced for an additional $80. Although I was frustrated I had to pay again for their FAULTY screen, I said to replace it as long as it was replaced with an apple screen.Fast forward 9 days while on vacation, the smallest bit of water splashes on my screen. No big deal right? Negative. The screen immediately goes out. I bring it to a repair shop here who told me 1) I had a terrible aftermarket screen, not apple. 2) they didn’t replace the water seal like needed and 3) most of my inside screws were completely missing.I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Complete deception.

Read the reviews, others had the same experience. I had a cracked screen on my phone and they attempted the jenkiest most sketchy repair(no safety, no anti static bands). Fried the whole phone completely and it was working for almost 2 months prior. Next day they refused any responsibility and the rude indian manager/owner started lying to my face saying i brought it in not working at all. He wasnt even there when it was being repaired, i was told he was getting his laser hair removal that day. Asked for a refund and he ripped off the new screen and gave me back an unusable phone with exposed hardware. They will break your phone, lie to you, and refuse responsibility. Totally scammed and ripped off. Lost a $900 unlocked phone to them.

They’re selling $20 imitation iPods for $60. Please go else where (like Amazon or MyCell on Greenwell).

This place scams you. They fixed my screen for $250+ on iPhone pro and the screen was messed up and I had to go back. The lady said it had “warranty” but lied. They then tried to charge me $140. Then they decided to throw me out the store and not fix my screen because they wouldn’t negotiate price. Pathetic.

I went in because my Iphone 7 plus wasn’t letting me press the speaker button or let me talk on the phone without bluetooth headphones they told me it was Audio IC. The repair was fast an priced fairly an now my phone is working completely am i’m finally free of bluetooth headphones! Thank you so much! I’ll always recommend them!

In the midst of a global pandemic they answered my call, were open, were friendly and fast. I was freaking out because my screen was broken and I called. I was told it would only take 10 minutes and I could come at any time. I was in and out of there in no time! Plus as an added bonus it wasn’t obnoxiously expensive like others. 10/10 would recommend.

Not sure if I could even really give it the one-star I did but in order to share my unprofessional experience with this store I had to I walked by on my way in and thought to myself immediately I better stop on my way out and get a phone case. She immediately told me she didnt Cary a case for my phone without knowing what I was even looking for hadnt seen my phone. Then began to lie to me and say that no where sales just rubber/ gel phone cases anymore. Just all around bad service and it was mainly for the fact that the cashier was mad or not sure exactly but she was arguing with someone on her personal phone and thats what made her unwilling to assist me. If I ran my business this way or let one of my employees handle business the way they did I wouldnt have one

Great family-owned business! Definitely going back to take my husbands phone to get repaired. I had an issue with mine after the first visit and they corrected it quickly and gave me a loaner phone in the meantime.

Staff were friendly, knowledable and able to fix my screen on a iPhone 6s+ for a very reasonable price. They had parts in stock for most everything you could think of and cases/screen protectors.They even cleaned out the charging port free of charge! Phone now charges when plugged in rather than having to be at just the right angle.Apple refused to fix my battery issue that they themselves caused, I will be coming here instead to replace it.I will recommend this place to everyone I know who needs things fixed.

My phone was terribly cracked (like bits of glass missing!) and these guys fixed it up in no time!! Took about 15 mins, and the screen is perfect! Couldnt be happier, and I would highly recommend

My son got his iPhone 6 wet. We put it in a bag of rice for 3 days. The phone made sounds and the alarm went off for school but the screen didn’t work. He called, they were able to fix his phone while we shopped (20 mins). He was so excited to have his phone fixed on his Birthday. Thanks for the wonderful customer service.

I got my note edge fixed couple of weeks ago. The owner fixed my phone really good. Also he gave me free case for my phone. They did not had to order the screen . They had the screen. I call fee places but they told me 2 or 3 days. Then I call Berts and they had the screen available. Im really happy.

Here is my experience with Bert’s permanently damaging my device!Took my iphone 7s here today after dropping it. My screen was already cracked however this particular drop resulted in my LCD having major issues. This place was recommended to me because it is quick and cheap. They had the repair done relatively quick and cheaply. All was well until i attempted to open my phone. An error message stated that touch id was not compatible with my device. I was confused, and i attempted to open my phone. My home button didn’t work at all. I asked the man behind the counter point blank why my home button wasn’t working. He said that the ribbon cable was broken and he was not able to fix it. Another man had me log into my phone and put assistive touch on for me because without it i would have been unable to use my phone. He suggested i bring it to the Apple Store and ask them about repairs. I ended up just taking that and leaving. However, i knew that my home button was working up until i brought it here to be repaired. Even when my LCD was damaged, i could press my home button and get a response. I asked my tech savvy friend about this later and he said that it’s nearly impossible for a ribbon cable to break due to a drop or something like that. He said that either the ribbon was broken due to negligence, or the person who repaired my phone used too much force and broke it. He said that it’s possible that it is just not plugged in correctly, however that repair would be costly and may not even be worth it. i’m extremely upset and am now having to look into getting a new phone entirely. Please, read reviews before you use local services.

I ask them they had screen in stock & they fixed my phone less than 15 minutes. I bought temper glass & case for my phone. Highly recommended

My boy fixed my LG Stylo for me in 25 minutes. Whole baton Rouge no body had the screen screen for it. I called IN & Out wireless, I repairs & 4 other store. I call them & they had the screen. They also had the cases for it too. Life savers. Saved me $300 to buy new ones.

Although my issue could not be fixed they did try to do everything possible at no charge. I would highly recommend.

Berts fixed my water damaged iPhone 6 plus. My screen was blackest out. They had to replace the battery & screen. They showed me inside it was rusted. They told me there is no warranty on water damaged phone. After 3 weeks my front camera stop working . They explained it to me it might stop working because it was rusted. But everything else works fine. They were very pleasant and they saved my phone. I had my first born picture in my phone. I thought I was gone lose it.

I went to Berts to get my note 5 repaired. They did such a wonderful job. My phone was cracked & my LCD screen had leaked link lines. They were very polite & fast to fix. I shopped in mall while they were fixing my phone. They even fixed my back for extra $29 & i got a protective case too. It was changing color. Thanks Berts.

HORRIBLE EXPERIANCE. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want your phone to be broken more. Took my phone here to get screen fixed, got it back a couple days later and it constantly said No Service and is turning on and off randomly. THIS WAS NOT HAPPENING BEFORE TAKING IT TO BURTS. I took it back to try to get it fixed AGAIN and every worker I talked to was unwilling to help me, even though they did this to my phone. my phone is STILL BEING FIXED OVER A WEEK LATER! Apparently they brought it to Apple Store without questioning me first, and now many try to make me pay for these repairs. Horrible place. Does not even deserve one star. DO NOT GO HERE

This is the most jankiest phone repair place you could ever go to. they are cheap but it is for a reason. I paid 110$ to get my screen replaced and they put a new screen on and it wasnt even placed all the way on. It was lifted from the frame on one side a little bit. The touch sensors were off making things tap in places I didnt touch and double tapped keys when i only pressed once. I brought it to the guys attention after i payed for it already and he said I have to just type slow. That is stupid, i cant use my phone the way I want it because they cant repair a phone correctly or care enough to do so. and the cheap screen they used cracked from a drop off the couch onto carpet. and the crack isnt even big but i lost all functionality on the bottom half of my screen from a centimeter crack on the bottom corner of the phone.

Do not go to this store. they do not take responsibility for any damage they do to your phone. about a week ago I got my screen replaced and when I got it back, my front facing camera stopped working. The man who claimed to own the store said to me that their repair had nothing to do with the camera, yet at the official Apple Store, several employees argued that the screen that Berts installed was a) done inproperly and b) not compatible hardware and was indeed the cause of the broken camera. the man and rude woman working there even had the nerve to suggest that I was lying, that the camera had NEVER worked, even when I know that the camera was working perfectly before they fixed the screen- I even had decent proof that the camera was working before they touched it because I had taken a front facing photo hours before I brought the phone to be repaired. they went back and forth Insisting different reasons for not being able to help or offer refund, and made several contradictions and excuses, none of which made sense to me or the witness standing next to me. this unprofessional, dishonest business may be cheap and fast, but unfortunately you get what you pay for in owners and employees who provided nothing but terrible customer service and inability to fix a phone properly.

Went to Berts with a Samsung Galaxy S8 that had something stuck inside the power jack which prevented charging the battery using the USB C port. The gal behind the counter looked at it, dug into the jack and cleared it. That was it. No runaround or other waste of time. Ill be headed back to Berts next time I have a cell phone problem. BTW the store as an extensive stock of just about anything needed for a smartphone.

Very impressive. I buy note 5 few months back. After couple weeks i dropped the phone and my glass cracked but my Lcd was still functional. Then again my son slammed on floor and i couldnt see anything. I took it to Berts and they fixed it less than 2 hrs. They didnt have white screen in stock but they had blue. So i got blue. The girl was really sweet and she fixed it very well too. Its been 3 weeks now. I just went today to get a case and the glass screen protector. :)

Worst customer service in my life. Brought my Note 5 here to get battery replaced and they ended up breaking my phone! they opened my phone and once open they said they couldnt fix it, minutes later when I got it back my LCD started bleeding, hours later my phone was unusable. I tried getting this issue sorted out with the manager but called me a liar and kicked me out of the store. They tried to put every excuse out there to not be held liable. Will seek legal action.

They did a great job on my Samsung Note 4 !! I called four different repair locations and they were the only one with the screen in stock. Berts did a great replacing my Samsung S-5 screen..I cracked it and was very incomplete with a jagged cracked screen....They fixed it right and fast, for at least 40 to 50 percent less than all other quotes in Baton rouge...Why waste money= Go to Berts= Quality and good price!

After dropping my galaxy note 5,(unlocked and purchased over-seas for around $600-$700) the screen started to malfunction and I was only able to use a portion of it for a few days. I took my phone to Berts and the employee there (i think her name was Emily) was an absolute sweetheart and was able to replace my screen in about 30 minutes. Great right ? But after turning on the phone for a test, it said that I was overheating, making any app unable to open and rendering the phone useless. She said it was the battery and I would have to get a new one.The next day I bought a new battery and took it back to a different employee and the owner. It turns out that was not the issue, it was the motherboard and they said there was nothing they could do about it. I know for a fact that this was not an issue before I took it to the shop since I was able to open apps, and didnt get any kind of overheating issue. They refused to replace my phone and instead offered a galaxy note 4 but i declined. I asked them to put the old screen back on and give me a refund but they said they couldnt because they threw it away. They returned my phone WITHOUT A SCREEN AND EXPOSED HARDWARE. After they refused to replace it The owner sarcasticly encouraged me to contact a lawyer. After a few hours I decided to call back and take the note 4 but i guess the owner changed his mind and said he would only take $50 off the full price of the phone. I will admit the the lady who replaced my screen was an absolute sweetheart and did everything she could to help me. Currently seeking legal action against Berts.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. Dont ever use them Im so tired of putting my money into this stupid ass place. They cant even put your screen on right and my phone CONTINUES to crack every time I get it fixed. The quality of there material is horrible and they dont know what their doing. I reccomend nobody to come here at all.

Went and got my screen repaired yesterday, very knowledgable and quick repair. The girl who fixed my screen was genuine and ended up giving me a discount on a tempered glass screen and a case. Ended up getting the repair, plus a new case for cheaper than anywhere alse in town would have fixed it. Would reccomend

I call all over baton rouge for my note s6 edge plus. Most of places didnot had the part for my phone. Then i call berts for the repair. They had the parts in stock. My screen was crushed. I call at&t they want $600 for another phone but i just got my phone 2 weeks ago. I went to berts and they fixed me right in 35 or 40 minutes.Im really happymthey got me straight. I also bought a case like otterbox. The guy was really nice. I will definately come back too berts with all my phone problems. They also have huge variety of products. The best service i ever had.
