I need to shout-out this place.Right after I paid my phone off last year I shattered it. The tech insurance the OnePlus sells through Servify was garbage and I needed to find somewhere local to fix it. No one in Lafayette would touch it aside from one place that wasnt sure what a one plus was, but was sure they could fix it.So I found Phone doc, saw their great reviews and drove to BR after talking to them. They were awesome and fast, but I got home and realized the thumb print sensor on my phone didnt work. Not to any fault of their own; it worked with everyone at phone doc just not me😂 parts for this phone are hard to get in stock so even after they took it in a second time to try fixing the screen I was still having a problem. The owner told me when they can get a hold of another screen hed gladly try until they got it to work for me.Weve kept in touch on and off the past year and this month they finally got a hold of a part, and had it ordered ASAP. My phone is working like brand new, and they didnt charge me a penny more after my first visit. Im hella impressed at how much they followed through on their promise. I have a OnePlus8, and while its a phenomenal phone, I was unaware of how hard it is to find replacement parts locally, and how not-amazing the protection plan service that comes with it was.I shattered my screen on concrete, and after a week of getting the run around from my protection plan decided to find somewhere locally to fix it. I live in Lafayette, LA and NOWHERE here could get the part, so I thought Id give BR a shot. Saw the glowing reviews on Phone doc, and decided to call them first. Im so glad I did. Aaron was able to get my part like 2 days after my call. I drove in to drop it with them and was able to head back with a beautifully functioning phone again.They were very professional, and super patient answerong my 98,000 questions. Not to mention the only place that was willing to work on my phone.10/10 would recommend, so worth the drive!If i would have relied on my phones coverage, Id still be waiting to just have an approved claim. I was busy working remote from home on my (older, 27” iMac from 2012) whenever it decided to crash on me mid-project. I called Apple and they didn’t offer me any solution other than to buy a new iMac for the grand total of $2,700... The quote was WAY out of my budget considering these uncertain economic times. A friend recommended Phone Doc as they had their water damaged iPhone repaired there not long ago. I went in around 2ish months ago with a charging issue. I went to another place prior and was told that my charging port was missing pieces but they didn’t fix phones and recommended me this place. The service was good and the guy seemed nice. But he told me there was nothing wrong with my charging port even though i had bought 2 new charging cords before coming in yet none worked on my phone. He told me my battery (which i had no issues with) was bad and may have been the reasoning for my charging issues. At the time i just needed my phone fixed so i went ahead and paid the some what pricey amount with little questions asked. Not even 5 mins of me receiving my phone back the charging issues came back. But oddly enough disappeared the next day and it had been okay that is till 2 weeks ago. All the sudden the charging issues came back but even worse than last time. Not even just that! My phone has been getting extremely hot to the point of freezing up and shutting off. Which NEVER happened prior to the battery replacement. I can’t even facetime anymore because it overheats my phone. I had my original battery that came with my iphone for 3 years and it never gave me issues. But i have this new battery for roughly 2 months and it destroys my phone. Definitely won’t be going back.

The tech is repaired well. The price is not competitive. The worst parts: the customer service, they dont open on time, and they make mistakes but dont apologize or make it right!

I left voicemails for this guy and pleaded with him to call me for an urgent matter because my son passed away and I needed to recover information from his phone and this guy never even bothered to return my call I would never go to him and I would never recommend him ever and he was recommended to me by another phone person who has a store and who I also called and told him what he did and he said well he wouldnt recommend him anymore either I was even cry ing on this voicemail because I was so upset about this being being broken

Great service, great attitude, great results. I took my MacBook pro for repairs. I Got it back without any problems as of yet. The only issue that I have is not being informed of the service charge when I called for information. And not being informed of the status when they were waiting on a part to to be delivered.

I ended up not using their services since it was cheaper to just buy a new/used version of the tablet I brought in. However they were extremely helpful and offered several different options for repair.

Friendly staff, fast service, and reasonable prices. The charging port on my iPhone short circuited, which meant my phone wouldnt charge. I brought it in dead, and they fixed it for $70 in about an hour. Would definitely go back.

We brought our bent-in-half Pixel 2 to try to get some data off of it, and they managed to not only get the data off, but also get the phone into a functional state with a new screen, all for less than the price they initially quoted.

I recommend that you go check them out if you have any phone questions or needs. They were patient and answered all my questions, gave me a quote, and didnt pressure me at all. Ethics and Promises.Ok! Long Story Short. My daughters Surface 3 got damaged on the screen.When we took the surface in it was still working. For some reason after 4 Screens later we and the shop could not get it to function properly. Aaron has lived up to his standards and Ethics for his business with my Family. He is going to purchase MY daughter another Surface 3 for her at no cost to us. PhoneDoc was great! I was flying out to New York on the 31st of May and absolutely shattered my phone on the 30th, which was also memorial day! PhoneDoc was open and a lovely associate named Carson Kelly took me through the entire and quick experience. PhoneDoc in my honest opinion deserves 5 stars in every aspect except for cost. It was $176.00 for me to replace an iPhone 6 Screen. I dont know how this compares to other screen replacement specialist, but it seemed a little high to me, but I couldnt argue with their turnaround. Thanks Carson, and thanks PhoneDoc!

The initial visit was great. A little pricey for screen replacement but they told me it was because they use high quality parts and stand behind their work with a full warranty. They seemed to be stand up guys so I took them at their word and decided to give it a go and they replaced the screen.A week later the screen started to develop a few dead pixels midway up the screen, it wasnt too bad so I just decided to deal with it and not be one for those guys who make a big deal over small things. A few months later, the dead pixels grew to a spot about the size of a dime and it was affecting the use of the phone. I bring it in thinking they would stand behind their work like they said, but unfortunately they did not. They said it was a crack under the screen in the LCD and must have been due to a drop even though the glass on the screen is in perfect shape. Im not saying that it was their fault, I honestly think it was a manufacturing defect and I was hoping they would replace it under warranty or at least offer to replace it for the cost of materials.They said it was my fault and they could not cover under warranty. Really disappointed that they did not stand behind their work/products like they said. If it would not have been for this, I would have recommended them to anyone due to the courteous and quick service initially. On the second visit, It seemed to be their first reaction to try and put the blame elsewhere. Not a standup biz in my book. If someone at the store reads this, you have my number if you want to make this right.On a side note the replacement screen could not be viewed if you have polarized sunglasses on. Not a big deal but it was a bit annoying and if I knew before hand I would have made sure they replaced with one that did. Just a heads up.

The technician worked in the back was so annoyed when we asked him to take a look at our phone and I suspected theres a short in the motherboard wiring. I am professional, if you dont trust and then you leave, thats how they treat returned customer. Be aware as he said, I cant verify if I caused these problems or yourself, even if they have pre checked the functionality before left with him. Please go anywhere else.

Great customer service and they are very knowledgable. The 1st screen replacement they did had problems and was freezing my screen. I went back and they replaced the screen again no questions asked. I believe they also went through the settings and software to insure my phone is running correctly. Theyre great...I hope I dont have to go back cuz that means I broke something else...but, if it does happen I will be going to PhoneDoc no question!

My sansung note 4 was dead. They asked me to replace screen with digitizer which will cost $260!! Then I decided not to pay that crazy amount. Finally I fixed that watching Youtube by simple screen cable connection which was displaced after dropped off. So simply dont trust them, they dont care about your money.

Their front desk staff are very friendly and help check my 6s before further replacement. I caused a back light circuit failure by replacing the screen myself, the light can hardly see under the light, they told they will look under the microscope and use high quality parts and stand behind their work with a full warranty. It took one day for them to repair the damaged the motherboard.Right after fixing the motherboard, the battery drains out very quicky and cant last for three hours, before that it can last for two days. Weve brought the phone to the store, the same front desk guy help run the test, and said the short in the circuit may cause the problem and checked the battery capacity for us. He is very nice and friendly. I dont want to make a big deal on this, I trust them and left the phone again with them.The next day, the technician called and told me he can fix the problems but have to charge me for over 200 total. I also mentioned the failure of touch ID, and screen is not so responsive. The white guy was so rude, just insist he is professional. I have my degree in EE and had some experiment dealing the short circuit, all I want is ask him to look under the microscope and see if there is a tiny short causing the heat and battery draining. He was so sarcastic and told us if the car got a flat tire has noting to do with the gas station. He blames all the fault on us, even after telling him the phone can last 2 days right before he did the back light fixing.They said it was my fault and they could not cover under warranty. Really disappointed that they did not stand behind their work/products like they said. It was meaningless to get them fix it, I would order X in next two months. I saw their ads in Starbucks at LSU, I would NOT recommend them at ALL.I knew the owner will response to this and blame all the fault on me again, and treat their customer like idiot knowing nothing about their fancy and professional techniques. Would not be so mad if they just check it under the microscope.

Had a cracked screen on my Galaxy and leaving town in a few days. They got it fixed ahead of schedule and I had my phone for vacation.

They put my phone call on hold several minutes.

Went in with a First Generation IPad, and they said with having to order parts, ect. It would take about a week. It was done 4 days early and $30 under budget. Everyone in there was very kind.
