My laptop case had broken at the hinge. David was very efficient in sourcing a solution for my gaming laptop communicated updates regularly, and was very friendly and helpful about any other questions or concerns I had. He will definitely be my go to guy for any tech issues I have in the future!

David was very helpful in fixing my laptop issues. My computer went from taking nearly 10 minutes to turn on to not even 10 seconds. From the time I dropped it off to the time I received it, less than 24 hours had passed. Very quick and responsive.
