SO MUCH HAD TO BE DONE TO THE DRESS BECAUSE IT WAS ORDERED WAY TO BIG AND WAY TO LONG!! Worst experience ever. I was told everything I brought in would be about $20 total then wher I went to pick it up she tried to charge me $100 for simple hemming. I was also told everything would be done within a week and now 2 months later I finally got all my clothes back. She lost two of my items in the process. Very frustrating and no apologies whatsoever on her part. She doesnt care about the customer experience at all. She told me shed call me when it was finished and never did... Blamed it on being too busy instead of taking ownership of poor business practices. Never going back.
