I have been using Fashion Tailoring since the early 1990’s for everything, including men’s suits, prom dresses, wedding dresses, children’s clothes . I frequently have to have many alterations in my clothes, such as shoulders taken in, extra darts, etc., not just hems. Hannah, the owner, has always done a fantastic job for my family. I try to give her a week to get things done, but several times she has done them in a day or two if necessary. I have recommended Fashion Tailoring to many people!

Horrible customer service. They did not hem my daughters dress AT ALL for a wedding, but charged me prior to service. They refused to reimburse me for a service I prepaid for. As a matter of fact, the owner laughed in my face several times when I asked for a reimbursement. I paid for a service she neglected to do properly. Very disrepectful, and could care less about the way I was inconvenienced. She told me that it was my fault for not having my daughter try on the dress at pick up.I had plenty of items altered here in the past. Im a repeat customer, so for her to tell me that it was my fault was disrespectful. The lack to satisfy unhappy customers doesnt exist here. I will never give them my business again.
